Superlative appetizers and main courses enjoyed in a low key setting with ambient live music and great service that was offered with finesse and sincerity. Conducive for good conversation with colleagues we had not seen in a long while.
This is a lovely space at the hotel....comfortable seating. The musician on the night we were there was fabulous - he played the guitar, harp,etc. Very talented and lovely to listen to. We were a party of 6. All salads were excellent and interesting. We had a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner for 5. The staff was highly attentive, friendly and professional. The meal was delicious, the wine list impressive and cocktails refreshing. Highly recommend the molasses cake for dessert. We had the steak and two guests are Vegan and had the gnocchi. There was a slight issue with the gnocchi that had eggs, the chef switched to Fava beans. The flavors were very good. I ask that the kitchen consider using an egg substitute so the Vegan guests...
