I love Philz coffee, so I stopped in this morning, bought a pound of my favorite blend, and ordered a cup to go. I even tipped them 20% up-front. 20 minutes of waiting later, I go up to the counter to inquire why other people are getting their order before me. They hadn't bothered to put my name into the queue. Gee, thanks! Really earned that tip.
I don’t like flavored latte and the place is a bit messy.

Had a great experience at Philz Coffee in Menlo Park. I ordered the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, a chicken and rice burrito, a Mint Mojito, and an Arabic coffee — and everything was honestly delicious. The breakfast sandwich was warm and satisfying, the burrito was surprisingly filling and well-seasoned, and both drinks were spot on. The Mint Mojito was refreshing as always, and the Arabic coffee had a bold, smooth flavor. On top of that, the workers were super friendly and welcoming — you can tell they really care about customer service. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

This place is awesome - great coffee makers but if you get confused with the location they are able to easily help you out. Amazing staff - thank you! 🙏🏼

Service was fast and courteous, location was great, parking was easy, interior was clean but unfortunately coffee wasn’t great. The temperature was lukewarm at best and really watery. Maybe I’ve been drinking too much Peet’s lately but I was really underwhelmed. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Philz but I have fond memories of a rich cup of Tesora that felt luxurious in my mouth. I was so unimpressed that I literally did not even bother finishing half of my coffee.
Favorite coffee shop in the Bay Area. Great coffee, pastries, breakfast burritos, and service. Our go to place for beans as well.

I got the tea. It has a mint leaf in it. Not sure the exact name. I’m not a coffee drinker so I pleasantly surprised that they had a tea that was so good I had to comment on it. Drink up!
