This is our first time going to the restaurant. They opened right before Covid. And have been in business for a little over four years. It was easy to get a reservation and we had outside dining on the sidewalk with two heaters. The service was great. Our server was fantastic. Our table, ordered chicken, fish, and pasta, and the quality and proportions were extremely fine. Generous portions. And the prices unbeatable. And they took Apple Pay at Table. Definitely will make this a restaurant for us to visit the future.

Amazing Italian food, flavorful and fresh! Love the pear filled pasta, we don’t mind the 30 min drive to get here for their pasta and tiramisu! The seasonal watermelon arugula salad is a delight! StaffI is super friendly warm and helpful!

The food here was so delightful that I completely forgot to take any photos! We were greeted with a starter of bread paired with an exquisite sun-dried tomato dip. Being vegetarians, we opted for the Mezzeleune di Ricotta and Fiocchetti Aurora, both of which were exceptionally delicious. For dessert, the Tiramisú, which I'm usually indifferent about, surprisingly impressed me with its perfect texture, and the Sea Salt Caramel Gelati e Sorbetto was phenomenal, especially with the chocolate caramel toppings. Our experience was nothing short of incredible, making it an ideal spot for a date night. Despite our late arrival, close to 30 minutes before closing, the service remained swift and accommodating, keeping the kitchen open for us. The staff was incredibly welcoming. We're definitely looking forward to our next visit.

When we first went to La Stanza, I ordered the Ceasar Salad and my partner ordered the Rigatoni. The food was piled high and excellent, and we took the excess home with us. We went back the 2nd time. We ordered the same food as before, the only difference being that the serving was half of what we received the first time. The rigatoni was more sauce than substance. The price was the same as before. Kudos to the staff. They were excellent in meeting our needs.

Everything was excellent. The food, service, atmosphere... We had the swordfish special and the chanterelle mushroom pasta special and both were excellent. They had a special Super Tuscan red wine that was wonderful. We usually sit outside where it is nice a peaceful, but the staff is very responsive and does not forget about you. They have heat lamps so even in winter it is very nice.

It was a last minute reservation, and we were fortunate that a corner table was available. Very good food, from our salads to main courses to splitting a cannoli. The wine selection isn't voluminous, but the selections are top notch. Our waiter was knowledgeable, professional, and fun. It was a great overall dining experience. Thank you!

This is a truly fantastic restaurant. Nice intimate interior. Started with the Caesar salad. Excellent version with lots of cheese sprinkles. Mains were creamy ravioli carbonara and linguine with exotic mushrooms and arugula. Both were out of this world. Finished with freshly made delicately flavoured panna cotta. Just the right end to the meal! Service was excellent and our waiter recommended a truly wonderful bottle of wine to match the mains. A truly fantastic from start to finish.

Wonderful food Reasonable prices Menu included about six specials-salads, pastas and main entrees. Regular menu is primarily devoted to various pastas-all of which sound wonderful. Our pastas were tasty, hot and flavorful. Good portions-my wife brought a portion of hers home for lunch for next day. Wine list is a bit limited but priced quite fairly. Service was very good. Located just off El Camino Real in Menlo Park. A bit of a trek for us but we will go back again. Highly recommend. Facility space is limited and it was full on a winter weeknight so reservations are advised. They do offer take-out and have limited outdoor seating with heaters
