Ordered online to have it delivered to my house, got the email notification that it was delivered at 1:28 but the pizza was nowhere to be found. Gave it a grace period to see if maybe the driver was lost or misplaced the pizza yet 20 minutes went by and nothing. Called the store to contact the driver to see what was happening and without doubt the person over the phone assured me the driver was on his way and just placed me on hold ( failed to place me on hold btw since I could hear half the conversation of the staff) and once the call was off hold they hung up on me. 30 minutes later the pizza arrives. My issue ? Don’t lie over the delivery status just to make it seem like it was done on time. I don’t mind waiting extra but I do mind the lie of having it delivered and the lack of customer service.

We ordered this Pizza Hut box for a chill dinner night, and honestly, it was a good amount of food for the price. The pizzas were solid — the pepperoni was definitely the favorite. The mushroom one was okay, not my thing personally, but my husband liked it.
The breadsticks were soft and buttery, super kid-friendly, and they disappeared fast. The only miss for us was the pasta. None of us really liked the Alfredo sauce — it was kind of heavy and just didn’t taste great. My kids would’ve been way happier with plain pasta and a little cheese on top, something simple.
Overall, not bad for a quick family meal. Just probably wouldn’t order the pasta again.
Pizza Hut —- the family meal is perfect for a family— our kids don’t need a fancy Alfredo sauce if u cannot make it amazing just do butter and Parmesan or olive oil and Parmesan!!!

I ordered 2 large pizzas this evening around 6pm for carryout. Both were dry (hardly any spicy marinara sauce), and to make things worse barely had any cheese and toppings. Pan crust that I paid extra for was more like hand tossed. Maybe it's a clever plan to make you order 'extra' of everything on your next order. This location is in a shitty location as well with weird people lingering around. Pizza was horrible, there will be no next time!

The food (if you can call it food) was awful. Pizza was dry. The crust was stuffed with some sort of fake mozzarella tasted like garbage. I will never eat Pizza Hut again. I recommend you dont.

Ordered online. Got there they didn't even have my order even though it showed on my app. Waited 15 mins while the csr went back and forth to his boss. Then he placed my order. Watched 8 people come in place orders and get their orders before mine. Then they didnt even have the right dough. Gave me 2 pizzas smaller than the ones I was supposed to get on thin crust which I ordered the thick square pizzas. And it tasted like garbage. Used to love pizza hut but never again.
Parking: Horrible parking. Shares parking lot with a gas station. I was blocked in for ten mins after getting my food which I waited over 30 mins for

I paid a lot for a long pizza
And very poor in topins and besides they don't give you the cheese and the chili they sell it to you since in other different places they give it to you for free.
Their personal pizza is tasty. Nice worker there too.

Ordered like usual, delivery time showed 1:35 pm. I had to leave by 2:25 pm so figure this would work out no problem. It showed driver left on time and it kept showing his time change from 1 minute to 7 minutes away.Eventually called at 2:07, spent 13 minutes on hold and argued to cancel my order. The drive apparently was almost here, which wouldn't have been an issue if I didn't have to leave

I'm not sure what you call the little thing I had for lunch, but it was hot, the crust was Krispy, and it was cheesy. All in all it was delicious.

I called to adjust my timing for pick up and was asked to be put on hold, but no one came back on for over 10 minutes. They charge extra for crushed red pepper and parmesan, blamed it on inflation. No napkins and plates. No public restroom to use for the persons with disabilities like me. No ADA parking. I asked to use their restroom, one employee said 'it's not working'! Where do the 4 employees go to the bathroom all day? Breadsticks and marinara sauce is garbage. Pizza was average, they skimp out on the toppings and cheese. Other locations in the Bay Area are far better.

Great pizza and nice people!
Are the employees handling food required to wear gloves ?The man working at the pizza making area sprinkled the cheese with bare hands then placed all the pepperoni one by one with bare hands and finished it by taking both hands and rubbing them across the pizza to evenly spread the cheese. Not sanitary and I believe there are California food handling regulations.
Quick, warm & Yummy
