It showed driver left on time and it kept showing his time change from 1 minute to 7 minutes away.Eventually called at 2:07, spent 13 minutes on hold and argued to cancel my order. The drive apparently was almost here, which wouldn't have been an issue if I didn't have to leave

I'm not sure what you call the little thing I had for lunch, but it was hot, the crust was Krispy, and it was cheesy. All in all it was delicious.

I called to adjust my timing for pick up and was asked to be put on hold, but no one came back on for over 10 minutes. They charge extra for crushed red pepper and parmesan, blamed it on inflation. No napkins and plates. No public restroom to use for the persons with disabilities like me. No ADA parking. I asked to use their restroom, one employee said 'it's not working'! Where do the 4 employees go to the bathroom all day? Breadsticks and marinara sauce is garbage. Pizza was average, they skimp out on the toppings and cheese. Other locations in the Bay Area are far better.

Employees at this location are always so sweet and kind and the pizza comes out quickly. Love their order ahead and drive up option. And the pizza is consistently delicious. If you order online, they always have really sweet deals.

Are the employees handling food required to wear gloves ?The man working at the pizza making area sprinkled the cheese with bare hands then placed all the pepperoni one by one with bare hands and finished it by taking both hands and rubbing them across the pizza to evenly spread the cheese.Not sanitary and I believe there are California food handling regulations.

We had a craving for pizza, and Pizza Hut hit the spot perfectly. We ordered the Super Supreme Pizza and some Breadsticks. The pizza was delightfully crispy and packed with flavorful toppings. We really enjoyed it. The Breadsticks were a bit on the salty and buttery side, but overall, it was a satisfying meal. Whenever we're in the mood for Pizza Hut, we'll definitely come back.

I decided to get Pizza Hut because it was closer to home and my kids have been asking for it. Never again, I order a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks with pastas. Everything was burnt and stale. The pizza was hard, the pasta was crispy and dry and the cheesy bread sticks had burnt cheese. Everything was terrible, it was obvious that everything was over cooked. You're better off driving to Costco and getting a large pizza.
