Gotta start by saying this hotel is by far the best in the area. Beautiful rooms, nice staff, good and professional service. I’d give it a 5 star if it weren’t for the fact that they have NO ROOM SERVICE between 11pm to 6am. Not even coffee or a pastry basket. Nothing. If you wake up jet lagged? Got an early flight? Having stayed in a significant number of 5 star hotels around the world, and being a bit of a stickler for detail, I can honestly say this property is newly top of my list. The building and grounds are beautiful with thoughtful architectural and design touches which create a subtly luxurious feel.
