Hotel Nia is the bomb diggy atmospherically • The restaurants outdoor patio has some seats that are made of big natural stones 🔛 pedestals 🪨 my absolute favorite snack was the mushroom 🍄🟫 nachos appetizer. I would’ve never expected combo o’ ingredients to come together to be this good 🎉 very #WellDone

Total train wreck. Seated at filthy table.
15 minutes before anyone approached us. Ordered food and drip coffee, requested table be cleaned and for silverware.
15 more minutes, no coffee, no silverware and still have a filthy table. 5 mins later my wife gets up, grabs napkins from the bar and starts wiping the table. Bus boy arrived minutes later and again cleaned the table... Keep in mind this is nearly 40 minutes since we were seated.
I asked for silverware, our coffee, water and a manager.
10 minutes pass.
Our drip coffee finally arrives. I request cream and sugar, it isn't offered.
5 minutes later part of our food arrives. Of the 3 meals ordered, one was wrong and one never came. I again asked for a manager.
Cream and sugar comes.
The $8 drip coffee is terrible.
My wife gets up and finds salt and pepper. The pepper grinder is filthy.
10 more minutes pass.
No 3rd meal, no reworked 2nd meal and no manager.
It was obvious other patrons were frustrated.
There were two visible servers, about 7 active tables and clearly no manager.
Avoid at all cost.

Food was subpar for the price. The whisky and wine options are very limited. The service was ok, although there was no one in the restaurant and it seemed like we still had to wait for our service. We went for my wife’s birthday, and they took care of the dessert (including ice cream for my daughter), so that was great.

Octopus was kinda bitter, scampi was salty. Overall kind of just OK.
I really enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. Beautiful decor, ambient lighting, and an overall vibe. It is located inside the beautiful Hotel Nia, one of my favorite Autograph Collection hotels by Marriott.
The Wagyu burger was a great choice and I really really enjoyed the unique offering of garlic fries instead of the traditional or truffle option. This really was a standout of the meal. The burger was flavorful and cooked to my desired temperature. Tommy’s Margarita (not pictured) wasn’t as tasty as I expected but it was still a solid tequila choice. The best part of the drink was the dried pineapple slice. My waitress even brought me extra at my request which I appreciated. Overall 9/10 experience.
My server was nice and attentive.
The Porta Blu, breakfast special had beautiful sourdough bread and the fingerling potatoes were purple, which was very unique. The servers work very hard and took good care of me. Please don’t complain about the 20% gratuity because it’s the least we could do for people that work so hard.

Had a team dinner here and the options were a bit underwhelming. The pizza was not good, the salmon was fine and the salad was ok but pricey. Tiramisu dessert was actually pretty good. Ambience is nice and we stayed for drinks after. Maybe not coming again for the food though!

Food very expensive and underwhelming. They add 20% gratuity automatically (I was single diner and just had a salad) but never brought the water I asked for and food took forever despite a nearly empty restaurant. Lastly, when I asked for a lunch dessert menu, the server said "I'm sorry, the chef is saving them for dinner" . At $500/night, I'd expect better service from this restaurant.
I attended a work dinner here. Generally, good and not great.
Unfortunately, the chicken dish served to me was quite raw in the middle.
I have concerns for a kitchen staff and management who let this happen. Pretty basic expectation to ensure the food is cooked to the right temperature. Serious health consequences result when not getting this basic guidance right.
They offered a replacement but I lost my appetite at that point. Additionally, we were then charged for the uncooked dish in the final bill. Again, a management miss.
Others at the dinner had an acceptable eating experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This was a nice option to celebrate Father's Day; the restaurant wasn't busy at all when we arrived and we almost had the patio all to ourselves. The food was very good and was ready quickly. The service was a bit shaky at first; our table wasn't ready upon our arrival which was strange as we had a reservation and the restaurant was almost empty; it was as if they weren't expecting us. But once we were seated and after a bit of a spill of my latte at the table, the service got better and we were delighted by a surprise visit by the executive chef who came to see how we were enjoying the meal. That was a very nice touch. Overall good food and a pretty atmosphere.
