The mushroom soup was scrumptious. The crab cakes were lovely! I don't usually actually like crab cakes but these were flavorful and perfect. The truffle mushroom ravioli was great.Wonderful service; like genuinely nice and attentive. We sat outside - good placement of heat lamps. Forgot to take photos; next time!

I'm giving Roma a solid 4.5 out of 5! For Food, Service and Atmosphere. The bread and olive oil, Caesar Salad, Chicken Parmesan and Capellini Pomodoro were all delicious and well presented. The Tiramisu dessert was scrumptious to the last bite. The staff was so professional.

Great restaurant with good food. May be pricey, but it's certainly filling. Decent wine collection.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp in the back, but I don't remember steps in the front. They also have outdoor seating

We stopped here for lunch hoping for paella in their menu. Turns out it was in the summer menu. We ordered a calamari, great with the included fried green beans and fried artichoke. The arugula salad was nice, candied pecan and blue cheese with a balsamic dressing. We ordered a pork cutlets with demiglace, garlic mash potatoes and steamed veggies. The pork a tad dry and mash potatoes a little salty. We also ordered a carbonara and a porcini trufffle ravioli. Both were tasty but also on the salty side. Service was nice, we got bread and oil as well as waters when needed. The coffee is tasty even a decaf.

Roma has become our favorite date night dinner place... cozy, good food, upbeat and yet quiet enough for easy conversations especially in the side dining room if restaurant busy...

Wow ! This place has the most delicious pasta dishes ever ! We owed my gf's bestie and her hubs a din and picked this place out of local options. I can be a bit familiar with staff at a place and it was clear our server didn't like my jokes so I laid off, and she quite honorably didn't stay irritated, so I say that's stars for not holding grudges. My lady was given top shelf bottle service, and a sublime and peppery Zinfandel was chosen for the table. Now professionalism and courteousness at table side is great, but what brought the night home was the tasty food. Really quality ingredients like youthful veggies and exquisite hand produced pasta were seasoned with steady and flavorful hands. I'd say my dish wasn't adventurous, but a deeply satisfying classic delivered with style and grace...Add a crème brûlée that exploded with subtle vanilla sweetness and our time here was well worth the trip from Oakland to South Bay. Great food expertly prepared and served by skilled and forgiving staff says I'll be back again, and everyone should do themselves a favour and find joy here *****

Possibly the best carbonara I’ve ever eaten. Very friendly servers, along with homely decor. 10/5.

Last weekend, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at Roma Restaurant for a special family gathering. With 10 of us in total, including kids and grandparents, we were delighted to find that the restaurant had thoughtfully arranged a separate table for us in a divided space, offering a semi-private dining experience that perfectly suited our needs. The ambiance of Roma immediately set a welcoming and warm tone for the evening. The divided space provided just the right balance of privacy and atmosphere, making our family dinner feel both special and comfortable. As for the food, it was nothing short of fantastic. Every dish that graced our table was met with enthusiastic approval from all age groups. The kids were particularly thrilled with their meals, which is always a win in any family outing. Our grandparents, with their discerning tastes, thoroughly enjoyed the dinner as well, praising both the quality and the flavor of the food. The service, while a little slow, did not detract from our overall experience. In fact, the leisurely pace allowed us more time to enjoy each other's company, which was appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the meal. In conclusion, Roma Restaurant provided us with a delightful dining experience. It's not just a place where you eat; it's where memories are made. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, already discussing when we would return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal in a cozy, family-friendly setting.

We always appreciate the care bc and C attention given to us by the staff . The ambiance, cocktails, appetizers and entrees are a delight v as well as the desserts. We have been coming for a long time and plan to continue!

From the moment I stepped into Roma, I felt like I was back home with my Italian cousins. Great service and the owner was very nice to us. Will and Rodil really made the night. As for the food I got the Carbonara, had a really nice sophisticated flavor and done in a unique way I haven’t seen before. Finished off the night with an Affogato. Left feeling happy and full.

Service was friendly, the atmosphere was nice, but most of the food was pretty average. The eggplant Parm was the worst I've had in a while, and frankly, should be removed from the menu. It's tiny, it's not layered and baked, and it was bitter. I'd be embarrassed to serve it to my customers.

We had Christmas lunch at Roma. We were upset that the building was extremely cold. When we asked about the heat they said it was an old heater and took a long time to heat the building. I would suggest turning the heat on way before customers arrive. The food was so so. The calamari appetizer was good. The eggplant parmesan had way too much breading and the pasta sauce had a strange sweet flavor. The linguine and clams was way too salty. We were very disappointed. We love Mezza Luna in Half Moon Bay. Perhaps this place could take some lessons from them. The waiter also forgot to tell us the specials. He told the people that sat at the table next to us and that is how we found out there were specials.

Lousy service. Didn't close the door to keep the cold air out! Decent food.
