Of course they serve up good quality coffee, and are nice people. But sometimes you just want to feel like you're getting a good value for your money. There's not even indoor seating and real estate to justify this kind of price inflation. Make it just $0.50 more for a macchiato, guys?

They are so slow at this location. Being near the train station it would be nice if the staff had any sense of urgency to get orders through. Their locations in the city run much faster so unsure why this one is so laggy.

The café itself is a gem: right across from the Caltrain station, with shaded outdoor seating that makes it perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends.
A solid spot in the Bay Area coffee scene — I’ll definitely be back.

Great coffee. Has bad experience with simply being ignored by employee because they were closing but as customer i didn’t have a way to tell the business time. The employee didn’t have the courtesy of simply telling the customer that the shop is closed for the day.

Not worth the 30 minute wait (9am sunday) after waiting only to be told that they do not have enough clean glasses for a flight, and no way to wait for availability. Slow service despite 5 people working.
