I get it. Get your coffee and GET OUT! The music is blasting. I couldn’t talk to the barista without repeating myself and I couldn’t hear her. Obviously I’m not hanging out with friends there. But think of the employees. Loud music like that causes an uncomfortable environment for them too.

The staff in this Starbucks goes above and beyond. The cafe is clean, organized, and friendly. They greet everyone (often by name -- clearly many locals are satisfied repeat customers).
I needed a place to work for an hour and after a time, one of the partners approached me to ask if I wanted a refill on my tea. He got it out to me immediately, and even remembered my name. Lovely finish to my day while waiting out the traffic.

Leaving this review because I had such an amazing experience with Zoe yesterday. The whole team here is kind and lively and awesome at their jobs. But Zoe went above and beyond and made my whole day with her bright smile and cheerful attitude— I got so much more than the coffee I came in for! Thank you ❤️

I recently order a Blackberry Sage drink, but upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find out that it didn’t contain any of the expected blackberry sage chunks. Instead it was just a plain juice, which is not what I typical order expect from the menu. I was catching my train to go home so I didn’t come back to change my drink. This has not met my expectations and I am unsatisfied with my purchase. I would appreciate a refund or complimentary drink to resolve this issue.

They will probably change it but the password to the restroom is 3825. It's filthy anyway, but it's not like everyone uses the bathroom so it is sad how discriminatory they would be. Literally buy their $7 coffee every day and being told by a man who definitely doesn't wash his hands after using the bathroom to buy something to be allowed to pee says a lot about the state of the world, and no less the state of Starbucks and why its struggling so much.

Seems to be a weird new system of running things that makes everything slow. Probably to prioritize app orders instead of the peoplw standing right there.
Also their little patio in front has clearly not been sept in a long time. Leaves, dirt, wrappers and even a napkin that has been there so long it is fused to the cement. (Photo uploaded)
Tables were also covered in crumbs. Poor effort by this store, should have stuck with El Camino in Palo Alto

Amazing!!! The food is good. I usually get a strawberry açaí lemonade and a chocolate cake pop or bagel or bacon gouda egg sandwich. The staff is so nice and works really quickly even though there’s so many customers. They always remember my name! I come here after school all the time and it’s always fun. The environment is nice especially if you want to study there. I usually hangout with my friends right outside and enjoy our food!
This is one of the better Starbucks and the best in Menlo Park. Service is very fast and most of the staff know you by name. It would be great if they would power wash the outside patio it's so gross. I'm not sure if that's on Starbucks or the landlord. Frankly, all of downtown Menlo Park needs to be powerwashed.
