You can’t go wrong with Starbucks, and this store is no exception. Exactly what you would expect from any other Starbucks location. One thing I would warn you about though is that the local middle school seems to get out around 3, so expect their to be quite a long wait for your order if you plan to go at this time! That and middle school kids roaming around with their friends. Most of the time, this isn’t a big deal, and it’s just good ol’ Starbucks.

I've been to this place 3 times. Out of the 3 times I came, one of those times I was about to enter and two employees said I could not enter the store and that is was temporarily closed at the time because something that was going on inside. Sounded like a personal staff issue (safety reasons) is what they kind of mentioned to me. I had to drive down to Sharon Heights Plaza to grab coffee from that Starbucks. I just wanted to acknowledge one of your employees, Juan Rodriguez. It is always a delight to see him in the morning, he is warm, caring and you can’t help but smile (under a mask of course these days) when you leave to start the day. He even remembers to make my drink with my specific requests. It makes me sad that he will no longer be at this Starbucks but he is such an important asset to your company, I hope he continues to shine and grow!!
