Order was ready shortly after I ordered online from the parking lot. A quick trip to the bathroom and I picked up my drink on the way out of the door. Plenty of customers about. The staff was keeping up!!

Decent Starbucks experience at this Menlo Park location. Sizable interior with a good floor plan, and varying sizes of tables both indoors and outdoors. Large free parking makes it easy to find a parking spot. Fast and efficient service, but it can get busy very quickly.

The caramel brulée frappuccino tastes similar to but not the same as the toffee nut frappe. The store is spacious and comfortable. 2 restrooms available, although I’m not sure if the locks worked on one of them

Some of the best breakfast sandwiches that I have ever had. Amazing croissants! Try the hot link croissant sandwich. Donuts are always fresh and delicious.
they are busy! good for them but I have to leave a negative review...
1. ordered a travel box everyday for five days in a row. the third day, the box was just filled with brown colored transparent water, less dark than black tea. they refunded but was a bummer to show up at a meeting with brown water.
2. next day the box took an hour for them to prepare. much more than the same amount of coffee served to bunch of customers but they kept forgetting to fill the box. I ordered 30 minutes advance of my hoped pickup time. ended up waiting another 30 minutes in the store and had to remind them a few times.
they refunded me for 1 while preparing coffee for 2. so I expected a little bit of discipline to do a better job to make up for the mistake, but it was just a bad experience throughout.
the staffs are very friendly. just the job delivered was way below the expectation.
