Shoutout to the guy with the ponytail who works mornings!! Customer service legend right here. Spent $25 on drinks, and he launches them onto the counter, no carrier. Cool let me carry all these drinks with my two hands. I ask for one, and he tosses it to me. Okay, I guess I’ll do your job for you guy!! Love that for me. Nothing like doing your own bagging at a coffee shop. Get some better customer service.

Order was ready shortly after I ordered online from the parking lot. A quick trip to the bathroom and I picked up my drink on the way out of the door. Plenty of customers about. The staff was keeping up!!

Decent Starbucks experience at this Menlo Park location. Sizable interior with a good floor plan, and varying sizes of tables both indoors and outdoors. Large free parking makes it easy to find a parking spot. Fast and efficient service, but it can get busy very quickly.
