Food is ok, lots of high calorie stuff. Coffee and other drinks are just too expensive for what you get. The atmosphere and convenient location are good. Service is good.

Worst food i've ever had. First of all, the lady gave me the wrong size (a grande instead of a venti) I politely asked her to change the size, and Instead of making a new one, she simply put it in a larger cup and just filled it to the brim with milk, so now my iced chai tastes like straight milk. I asked for no ice in my water and the woman filled the whole thing with ice. I took the ice out, and there was approximately one inch of water. The turkey bacon sandwich I ordered was extremely dry, and the worst one I had at any location of starbucks. Mind you, I always order one of these at least once a week at different locations and it did NOT taste this bad. I'm usually a starbucks fan, but this has made me rethink if I ever want to go to one AGAIN. The service was fine, everyone was really nice but in the middle of an order, someone told the cashier that she could take her lunch break and she sprinted and I mean sprinted to leave me, without even apologizing. Then I had to wait in the middle of my order for another cashier after waiting in a ridiculously long line. The drinks took extremely long, I felt like I was waiting for hours just for a drink that tasted like crap. Will NEVER stop here on the way back from a trip ever again. I even marked this location so I know specifically what store to AVOID. Horrible location. Will not be returning. Recommend you don't go either, so you don't have the experience I did.

I orderd th same drink I orderd yday and it was full. I came back today and they made the same drink like this. I asked th barista, "y isnt my drink full?" she said, "bc you said light ice!" Yeah light ice not light everything else 0 Stars.

Bad Starbucks lazy workers they wouldn't heat up food items 20 minutes before close time because they want to go home fast. Also door is broken. Also they block restroom 20 minutes before close time because there are too lazy to clean after close time. Worst. I'll urinate on outside door to teach them a lesson and then I'll come back tonight to defecate in front of their door. This is what you get hehe

We ordered mocha with quad shot and it was super weak, white mocha with raspberry syrup and it was super weak. The 2 drinks was not cheap and was super weak. Not coming here again

The young lady making my drink made my order wrong and I politely informed her of the mistake and the way she handled it was unacceptable she washed the spoon and then proceeded to take out the ice and whipped cream out instead of just making me a new drink I will never be going back there thank you for the wonderful experience . 5/18/23 @4:35pm
Nice cafe with lighting. It's always filled with students working but I can always find a space to sit. Standard Starbucks menu and location next to supercharger and Safeway and CVS makes it a frequent stop.

The baristas here are super friendly , the guy with the curly hair , the two older women with blonde hair are always so great but there is an older women who has brown hair now she is always plain rude. Every-time I order my custom drink she gives me an attitude and seems like she gets so mad when she takes my order she doesn't like that I customize my ice espresso drink as if she's wasting her own ingredients from home she even went as far as to changing my drink from a large size to their smallest cup size without my knowledge she told me to hold on after I ordered and started typing into the order kiosk that's when I knew she was changing my cup size to the smallest one and when I went to pick up my order it was the smallest cup size so of course I gave it back and told them to give me the correct one I ordered. Lady this is not your Starbucks you do not own Starbucks and they are not paying you extra if my drink is cheaper so no need to get so moody over my customized cheap espresso . She is super rude but it's not going to stop me from coming here because I will continue to come and I will continue to order it with you so pls get use to it

One guy even knows my drink and has it made before I even go to the register! Such nice people who are obviously passionate about what they are doing. Kiterian is also quite impressive, always saying hello to my husband and me by name. Love this place!! Sometimes we go 3 times a day!

If you can afford it it's nice... the stores are always friendly and at most places, quick...maybe I'm just hitting the wrong crew?!? I switched to McD's because SB was tasting pretty watered down! I hate their to go cups!! None of them seems to keep coffee hot hot like my Yeti yet they cost almost as much!

Walked in on 3/23/23 around 1:39pm and was greeted and helped instantly by a gentleman named Torian (can’t remember how it was spelled) but he was just extremely kind and very helpful with my order. His kindness made my day! The other employees there were also extremely nice as well. Would recommend this location to anyone!! Thank you and Keep it up guys!
