At around 7:50am today, I stopped by for a cup of coffee in this Starbucks and line was not that long. It happened I was on the spot where I could see the staff who warmed the food. I was stunned to see that she used a pair of tongs to push down the content of the garbage and used the same pair of tongs to place and remove the food from the microwave/warmer.
Is this hygienic? Whoever is the manager of this place needs to tell that employee. She is visible enough for the customers...read full review
Showed up bout 15minutes before closing time to buy something and charge phone while waiting on DB to cross Dumbarton Bridge;Staff cleaning tables directed me politely out of Her way and staff closing out register just gave me a banana and other late customers where allowed to use restrooms and simple purchases and I wasn’t rushed to leave.
