I want my $16 back ._. The matcha latte I ordered is undrinkable. The first sip I took was one big mouthful of matcha powder. The girl behind the counter had a mask on and just turned her head to cough. Disgusting. I'm too busy today to throw this garbage in the trash and go somewhere else. Glad it's also undrinkable.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been To! The servers ( 2 guys) were rude as well as speaking to each other in a different language. I ordered iced brown sugar & oat milk, it was 3/4 ice, 5 straw sips it was empty.

Drinks: wonderful and made correctly Customer service was kind, and empathetic especially to my son when he accidentally dropped one of our drinks. You don't come across that too often -nonetheless towards a pre-teen. **Please enter this establishment with a smile or at least an okay attitude (even if it's before you've had your 1st cup of coffee)**
