I feel really rich buying a $5 bagel with cream cheese at this beaten down place. I wonder if Starbucks really is worth going to anymore. I feel they are into gouging their customers.
Drinks: wonderful and made correctly
Customer service was kind, and empathetic especially to my son when he accidentally dropped one of our drinks. You don't come across that too often -nonetheless towards a pre-teen. **Please enter this establishment with a smile or at least an okay attitude (even if it's before you've had your 1st cup of coffee)**

The coffee shop is near Facebook headquarters. The coffee shop is in a very nice location, convenient for transportation and especially has a take-away point. When the car turns in and sits right in the car, you can also buy coffee to take away. The service staff is quick and very knowledgeable. Payment is also very fast and very convenient.
