There's one thing about this starbucks. Since it is one of the few meeting places near all the venture capital companies, you'll see a lot of enterpreneurs and founders pitching or practicing their pitches. Otherwise, it's a fairly standard starbucks.

What a wonderful Starbucks. The service was amazing, and all the servers were so sweet. The pizza is so rich in flavor. One pizza is a perfect size for 2. Best pizza in CA.

This store is located at SLAC and as such, unless you have credentials to access the property, you can't get to it. There's no way of knowing that unless you try to go. I made the mistake of ordering through the Starbucks app which also doesn't reveal the restricted access. I even called first because I wanted to see if they still had the Christmas cups, and nothing was said about the access. I'm giving it two stars because when the guard at the gate called them, the guy they spoke with said they didn't even have an order from me, even though I had the receipt visible on my phone. It was pretty embarrassing to have the guard tell me there wasn't an order, when I clearly had proof.

I just wanted to acknowledge one of my favorite baristas. I go to this Starbucks every Saturday and I am always glad to see Beth. She is warm, friendly, and always able to answer whatever Questions I have. Beth is a real asset to this Starbucks. Does a great job. Enjoy seeing her every week. She deserves recognition from manager for a job well done.

I ordered a Tall (12 oz as indicated on the menu) hot drink and asked them to put it into my own Starbucks 12-oz traveler mug. However, I only got about HALF cup of drink. This is very discouraging for those who want to use reusable cups.
