Sandwich was fine, but the owner or manager there is extremely rude not only to customers but to his staff. Rude customer came in after I did, his accent was very thick you could literally not understand what he wanted so he got an attitude with the really nice woman working there and the owner comes and repeats what the customer said very loud to the girl working on his order like suppressing her...what an a hole ... not worth shitty minimum wage pay ...

Hard to know the real rating for this place, I've tried to go there three different times at 10am when they claim the store opens. It's pretty frustrating when you stand around for ten mins and nobody opens the store up, either open on time or change your store hours so people don't waste their time showing up!

The lady that is there all the time who makes the sandwiches never adds cheese to my sandwich even after I requested her to do so. She doesn't even have the courtesy to ask if you want any cheese (or any other ingredient at all) on your sandwich. Also I requested everything on it and she skipped out on pickles, jalapeños, and cucumbers. It seems as if you're not specific on everything you want on it, she won't suggest it and even if you are she still won't add it sometimes. Not being able to see over the counter what they are doing makes things even worse. After the second time this happened I was determined to give this place a bad review. I work in the building across the street so I like to come to this togo's often. It is really dissapointing.

All I gotta say is that after you make a complaint about their customer service don’t go there again because you will be thinking they did something to your sandwich. The lady apologized to me but she started off with you and your friend made a complaint about us just wanted to apologize but it’s not what we meant to say the before.won’t be going there again.@

This staff does an absolutely amazing job! I go to this TOGOs multiple times a week every week and the ladies who work at the front provide an excellent level of customer service. I order sandwiches turned into salads often and they do a great job helping to accommodate this request. Out of all of the TOGOs in the Bay Area that I have frequented, this one is the best hands-down.

This location is awesome. Never a concern about being shorted on quantity for meats like is typically with other sandwich stores throughout the area. Additionally, Maggie and Judy (who seem to be there every weekday) do an excellent job creating and quick and friendly environment for customers, getting people in and out quickly while still producing high quality sandwiches for customers. Overall if you are looking for a consistent sandwich location in the area, this is the place.

I appreciate Togo's management followed up on what happened to better understand the situation. From my wife's conversation, it sounds like they not only took the time to understand the situation, but will also work on training as well. At the end of the day, that's all we can ask for, right? No one is perfect, but we really appreciate the follow up.
Judith runs the store and does an amazing job. Sandwiches are always spot on. Maggie makes a great sandwich as well. Very friendly/clean environment. I eat there every day for lunch during the week.

Decided to door dash for lunch with my coworker and that was a mistake. Her sandwich came out perfect. Where as mine was drowned in sauce. I couldn't pick up the sandwich without it falling apart. The bread was soggy and not enjoyable. All I taste is bbq sauce. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering from here again. Ike's would have been a much better choice.

Horrible experience at Togo's.. the worker seemed as she was in bad mood and did not want to work. I did not feel welcomed at all. She was the only worker and took forever to make 3 simple sandwiches.. I even asked if she can add cheese and she even said " no ".. later get home to find out she can't even wrap the sandwich correctly I took one and the whole sandwich came dropping to the floor.. she didn't even take the time to label sandwiches .. Never coming to this Togo's again!!!

Went to get sandwiches for co-workers and very pleased. Had pre-ordered four different sandwiches and everyone was pleased. Convenient parking and quick counter service. I loved my hot roast beef on a roll.
