Get you sweet tooth on. Great customer service. They have tasty treats for everyone. I recommend the sticky bun and cinnamon rolls.
Guy behind the counter wearing a paper mask and hat pulled down low is super creepy and weird. Will not return.
Loads of choices
I only tried their pies at the nearby Alice’s Restaurant in the Woodside area in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The cherry pie is just about perfect: loaded with cherries, not too sweet, flaky lattice crust, and wonderful after a mountain bike ride. The boysenberry pie is nearly as good, but I don’t really like boysenberries. Still, I wanted to try it on my 2nd visit, and boysenberry lovers will likely go over the moon on this pie. The chocolate pecan pie is something I had never had before, nor baked myself. As a pie, it was excellent. I would order it again, but if they made Southern pecan pie sans chocolate, I’d order that in a heartbeat. Good pie. I bake pies myself for my family and friends, and I am complimented for my pies. So I know a little something about good pie. This is good pie.
I love this bakery and cafe. We always go before driving to highway 9.
After standing in line, placing the order, and waiting for everything to be prepared—only to find out it’s cash-only. Definitely not a great customer experience.
I was super excited to try their pecan pie for the Thanksgiving. In fact I bought 2, one for myself and one for my extended family. I must say I was very unimpressed with the pie, especially given it was $28! The filling was extremely dry and it looked like all it had was pecans in it. I thought maybe my pie was a bad batch and at my family’s Thanksgiving dinner we tried their pie and it too was very dry. It was a total disappointment. I hope they can make this right. Look at the photos and judge for yourself.

They have a LOT of pastries. The Napoleon is perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. They also have savory options like quiches, spinach/cheese croissants, and vegetarian mini pizzas if you are looking for lunch.

I brought an apple pie to my chosen family of pie aficionados this Thanksgiving - and they were blown away. This pie is incredible cold, and like a hot apple cider when warmed. It goes with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, whatever you wish. I am soooooo happy that I made the decision to take some time to myself this Thanksgiving and order this pie from the bakery. So lucky to have such an outstanding place in the neighborhood!

Picked up cupcakes on a Friday afternoon. Expected fresh. Instead, both were hard and crusty around the top edge. Inside was dense; not in a good way. SO much sugar in the cake and the icing that they were not edible. This place used to be good.

I've been a regular at this bakery for a long time... but I had a sad experience on Sep. 28th. I forgot to take my credit card after my payment at 1:11pm. Two more transactions were recorded at 1:15pm and 1:27pm, which I found out later in the evening that day. It basically happened while I was still enjoying the heavenly chocolate napoleon at the outside table.

Their apple turnovers are delicious, but they sell out very quickly! Either go early or place an order for pick-up ahead of time.
They've a raspberry chocolate cake that is my family's go-to cake for birthdays, rich with multiple layers of chocolate, and not just full of fluff like cakes tend to be these days.
Other things i've tried that i've enjoyed include their apple pie, boysenberry turnover, chocolate croissan, tiramisu and challah.
All-in-all, a great place for baked goods, with nice hot coffee / cappuccino drinks to go along with (for more reasonable prices than Starbucks!)
