I would give zero stars if possible. I didnât actually get my food. We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and waited 25 mins. I had to find an employee to ask for the status on our order to be told it would be another 10 mins. I asked for a refund instead as we had somewhere to be. This was at 11am on a Monday mind you. I donât know how a counter service place could run so inefficiently but I wouldnât waste my time going here.

walked in an UNLOCKED door at 2:04 and was immediately snapped at that âwe close at 2â no sorry, no greeting, seemed super annoyed. maybe lock the door if you are closed? this was my VERY FIRST experience and i absolutely will NOT be back for overpriced bagels & rude customer service. doesnât deserve the 1 star i had to give. Wish i could give 0.

Dennis and his staff are great. The bagles are absolutely the best! Expect a wait at busy times, like Saturday mornings, but it will be worth it!

Bagels here are bomb, the price for each is really good too. Since they are fresh and has no preservatives you have to eat them the same day or theyll get hard, but theyre so good I still ate them hard.

I loved my experience at Bagel Tyme! The staff was incredibly sweet, and the food (Bee Sting Bagel) was 10/10. Best bagels in the west!! There is a longer wait, but it's definitely worth it!

my bagel was hard as hell and was cold too. I never had a bagel this bad before in my life and not to mention how long they took to make it. I strongly recommend not coming here and taking ur money and business to a different bagel shop.

We do a pickup for donations from them, and I happen to go the past 2 weeks. They donate a lot to us, so we can help others. They're always smiling and very friendly..
The bagel was good but the absurd wait times need to be looked at. I got a simple bagel with cream cheese and I waited about 30 minutes. The girls don't even look rushed and take their sweet time, moving at 1/2 speed. If you are willing to waste time (having nothing better to do) waiting for a mediocre bagel come here. 5/10

Bagels are delicious , but the wait time for a toasted bagel and cream cheese is ridiculous 20 minutes, they make me late for work. Would go more often if it was quicker for a simple bagel and cream cheese.
