I loved my experience at Bagel Tyme! The staff was incredibly sweet, and the food (Bee Sting Bagel) was 10/10. Best bagels in the west!! There is a longer wait, but it's definitely worth it!

my bagel was hard as hell and was cold too. I never had a bagel this bad before in my life and not to mention how long they took to make it. I strongly recommend not coming here and taking ur money and business to a different bagel shop.

The bagel was good but the absurd wait times need to be looked at. I got a simple bagel with cream cheese and I waited about 30 minutes. The girls don't even look rushed and take their sweet time, moving at 1/2 speed. If you are willing to waste time (having nothing better to do) waiting for a mediocre bagel come here. 5/10

Bagels are delicious , but the wait time for a toasted bagel and cream cheese is ridiculous 20 minutes, they make me late for work. Would go more often if it was quicker for a simple bagel and cream cheese.

Was not at all impressed with this place bagels are good but the smoothie was watery over sweet and the service that I got after trying to substitute my order for an item on the menu for the exact same price I was met with what I felt was a rude employee as they tried to explain to me how to items on the menu that are the same price or actually different prices and still confused and scratching my head upon trying the food the smoothie was horrible horrible probably the worst I've ever had look at how it separated into just sugary crap also the bagel sandwich is very plain nothing on it at all for $8 except she's a tomato and maybe one egg come on guys your bagels are good and you got to do better but I won't be back unless I'm getting playing bagels which actually are pretty good I'm going to give me a change of that menu because it's very confusing
Amazing place. Food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so kind. I was training my wife's service dog and had her on the side of me while I was waiting for our food. The nice worker brought me bacon they made and a whip cream cup for my dog. That was so nice of them. Thanks Bagel Time!!!

We tried Bagel Tyme today and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is cute – dark and modern, and honestly, it felt like we weren’t even in Merced anymore.
We decided to share the Cali-cado bagel, and it was delicious overall. The chipotle mayo was super tasty! However, there wasn’t much turkey or avocado in the sandwich, so we wished there was a bit more of that.
My biggest issue came with how the bagel was cut. The top half was much thinner than the bottom, and when the sandwich was cut in half, it wasn’t all the way through. The tomatoes weren’t cut uniformly either – it wasn’t a huge deal, but having both big and small pieces in the same bite was a little odd.
Overall, it was still a tasty sandwich, just a few small details that could be improved. Would definitely try it again!

They don’t answer their phones!!!! So frustrating so unreliable I don’t know when I can call in before work knowing if they choose to answer or not. No joke I have to sometimes call 10 times just for them to put me on hold.
