I always order pad see ew beef medium spicy, but it’s never medium spicy. It’s more like no spice at all, which I don’t like. The chili on the side is not even spicy at all too. You guys need to do better on the chili. Also, today I order my pad see ew beef and ask for medium spicy, it’s not even spicy. I ordered eggrolls thinking there’s meat inside but to my surprise, there was none at all. There was no wood ear mushroom in it like the menu stated. Also, there’s no pork AT ALL!!!!! So disappointment with you guys. It was veggies only. Very disgusting. I would never order eggrolls again. I wanted to try it out but never will I order again. I also order the duck, it was very yummy.

I’m not one to complain but they gave a half ass order for over 20$ I ordered chicken curry and they gave me food in food with berly any broth and the curry had little flavor I’m highly disappointed

11-12-2025 - 11 am - Combo Seafood Meatball Noodle Soup 🍜, with a side of sticky rice. I was the 1st customer of the day and my 1st time there, I had their full attention. The atmosphere was very basic, kinda like a special event hall, no wall art, big room, with 9 big seating/booths on the sides, lots basic tables and chairs in the center of the big room. Food was delicious. I will be back. I recommend this restaurant.

We don't eat a lot of Thai, and we loved this place. Lemongrass soup, Pad Thai, and Orange Chicken all made fresh and bursting with flavor! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending some outings for us noobies. The room is basic with plenty of open seating at basic tables and tv's on the walls. Highly recommend!
I've been coming to Bangkok Thai for probably about 16 years now and it's one of my 2 top favorite restaurants in Merced. The food is always super fresh, tasty, and delicious. Every single time I've been here I have been satisfied. Everyone I bring here loves it too. Certainly one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at in my life. When I am in a hurry, I will call in an order of spring rolls made the way I like it with soft tofu. They always have my order waiting for me by the time I get there. I love this place, it's so good. I took a picture of my spring rolls today for this review. It comes with 4 huge spring rolls but I already started to eat one when I took the photo. Excellent restaurant, food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend Bangkok Thai~ 10 out of 10

Picked this place on a whim. Great Thai food is hard to find and this place is fantastic! Got the Panang Curry and Tom Kha soup. The pieces were decent but the portions were extra large and so worth it. It's hard to find good panang anywhere and Bangkok Thai delivered. Highly recommend!
