The establishment was clean, the atmosphere was satisfactory, and the service was notably quick, which may initially seem positive; however, the speed of service was due to the presence of old and dried-out buns and burgers that I am certain had been sitting for a duration exceeding the company’s standards. When I go out of my way, expecting a certain level of quality, and spend $30 on two small meals, I anticipate receiving a fresh hamburger. In fact, this is precisely why I chose Burger King, yet I was left exceedingly disappointed. Had it been during the lunch rush, I might have been more understanding, but there were only two other customers present at that time.

My brother and i both got food poisoning. I’ve never felt this bad before honestly. I thought it was only me until my brother reached out to me how he felt. When I got to the window, I did notice how careless employees were. I can only imagine the management..

I bought my daughter here for food and was immediately treated like trash , the vibe I got from the women here was completely absolutely disgusting. Stay in middle school with that "toxica" attitude. Some people forget that I'm not their ex old man. I get one day with my daughter, please don't blame us for you making terrible judgements in your life. I got a refund for the food and left to go to E Childs location. Ask for all your condiments up front. Go somewhere else instead of here so you don't get the menopause treatment

Do not order online if you're gonna go here! I ordered online , 3 meals and some extra shakes and when I got there they told me they were out of shakes, fries and coke which were all in my order. I just wanted to cancel my order at that point but I was told they couldn't and also couldn't give me any kind of refund since I ordered online. I was told to use the app to cancel anything & ask for a refund so I did while I was there but couldn't get any help and the wait was about an hour long for the chat conversation. I really don't think the customer service is open on the weekends because it's been almost 24 hrs and still haven't been able to reach anyone. As horrible as this experience was, the 2 young ladies behind the counter were trying their best to help me out and were respectful the whole time. My teenage son who goes to Merced high right next door says none of his friends go to this location and it usually is empty. It had been a couple of years since I've been to this place and will probably be a lot longer now. The cashier also told me that I probably wouldn't get my money back but it might be burger king credit through the app which is gonna be another problem IF I ever get any help from their customer service

I bought a whopper and the meat tasted weird, it tasted like soapy, hard to describe but it also smelled bad, not like a normal cooked patty smells. I think I had enough of Burger King. I dont even know what is in the patty but I threw it in the trash.

Went through drive thru a couple of days ago to place order. they were out of Sprite, out of Coke (only had Cherry Coke they said) out of onion rings, and out of mozzarella sticks. All the items I wanted. It was early in the day how can you be out of so many items. Received my food and brought it home. The cheese on the Whopper I ordered was so melted into the dry meat and other items you can barely tell it was cheese. The burger was obviously not fresh! That Burger was way past. It’s holding time.! I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointed. The company should hire employees that are concerned with handing out good quality food and not just concerned about their paycheck. That was the first and the last time that I will ever go to that Burger King on Olive. What a waste of money and time!

There were homeless sleeping in the restaurant, the food was okay at best, and guess what.........

THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN !

The staff were treating a lady and her daughter badly by a manager and the bathroom stalls were peed all over the place!

Kid-friendliness: There was workers just cussing at the lady and her daughter.

I got my food and the big Mexican lady jus gave my meal wit an attitude didn't ask for sauces or anything and didn't give napkins or my straw and she didn't say have a nice day she jus walked away bad service won't be going back.
