This Burger King very unprofessional staff is disgusting behavior toward customer came in for large whopper meal $15 asked for ranch lady got mad at me even tho being nice apologized to her she slammed window in my face said she put ketchup in bag window looks broken I can see why, see free whopper on receipt so do the survey for free whopper, come back another day get free whopper ordered fry and drink like says to do manager and coworker get mad at me and my bf and they tell us should have given them code at the intercom we say okay keep repeating it rudely to us also receipt says write code on the back and give it to them nothing about what they were talking about, so pay for order realized costs me more money??? Then did other day even tho smaller size??? I go inside figure out what happened fix it manager gets mad at me then says I keep yelling even though I was talking just asking if get refund fix it, she points at herself says dont hit me points at camera I also point at camera told her felt discriminated against andnconfused whatvshe was doung and give me my refund cause over her victim playing she refused me several time kept explaining bunch lies over charging me finally got my refund she starts shaking while getting my refund asked for receipt try refuse but demanded it walked out with my refund said never go back she yelled get out which glady did the experience was stressful never go back there again.Their customers low for reason dont come here.

Been here twice already and it is such a mood change. You go thinking it'll be the BK you had a memory of back in 2013 and it is the opposite. The workers attitudes feel very dead and unmotivated and it feels like they hate their lives or something.
So immediately you go into the drive through and the screen is like poorly maintained as if it was never cleaned for years. The speaker is terrible.
Once you finish ordering you wait... And wait... And wait, then you realize that there's only 2 other cars in front of you and nobody is inside ordering so it shouldn't be taking this like. 20 mins pass and you finally go to the window only to be kept waiting.
As you wait you start to stare at the ugly drive through window that is also poorly maintained. The area that the burger king is at feels horrible and then you take a glance on your right and you see Dutch Bros and it looks nice.
Now your order is finally handed to you. You go park in the Parking lot to make sure you've got everything.
Then you go home and arrive. You open the chicken fingers and realize that you are missing 2 out of 8. You also are missing napkins.
Now you are irritated and wonder how can they not know how to count especially when they have no customers to pressure them. Anyways this BK is a terrible place to go. Also the Oreo milkshake machine wasn't working.
I hate to admit it but McDonald's is killing the competition with their fast service and much more friendly workers. I do not recommend going here and the food quality is not great compared to back in the day.

I have been a customer at this BK for several years and have always been happy with there service and product intelligence today. Me and my wife suffered from some type of food poisoning at this store on Oct. 2nd. When I reported this to a employee she said voodoo. Nothing I can do. I then asked to speak to manager but she said voodoo. She is busy no. I aid that'd fine I'll wait. I have sat here for more then 15 minutes asking g to talk with manager the employee ignored me and treated rudely. I then find out the out that the manager is not there so the rudely employee lied to me. I will never attempt to get anything at this store agai

I was having what I thought was a quiet breakfast in the dining area of this Burger King recently. All of a sudden several homeless people came in and acted like it was their party area. They began talking loudly to each other while swearing often. I left and noticed that a couple of other of the few patrons that were in The establishment at the time did also. I know from experience that the manager at this place is one star material. She's rude, obnoxious and I now think of this as a Burger Queen rather than a Burger King due to her attitude. Ha. Also the owner of this location should be ashamed of himself. He seemingly has no desire or ability to properly training his staff. He also allows the dining area to occasionally be taken over by a group of homeless people. Sad!

Extremely disappointing experience. This was by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever visited. The food quality was terrible—the meat had an awful taste and made me feel sick afterward. On top of that, the staff member taking orders at the drive-thru was incredibly rude and seemed irritated the entire time. I won’t be returning.
