The responses I receive when asking for ketchup packets from this place you would swear it’s coming out of peoples pockets.
The other day I asked my DoorDash driver for some they told him Burger King doesn’t do ketchup packets. Since when, Mary?
Today I asked my door dasher to request EXTRA Ketchup packets he says, she told me everything is in the bag. Ummm the point is EXTRA lol yall wilding out over at BK 😂😂

Manager s said,they do not know their own promos on thier on burger king app,and after I told them that I'm trying to use a deal in the app,a manager said that they don't have that deal,so after a short deliberate conversation,I end up ordering what I wanted thru the App but after that I ask for creamer and they don't have ANY creamer,that's very inconvenient, asked for a refund, Never order from this place, because they don't even know what they have on their own menu

We were charged 4. 09 BEFORE taxes for a medium soda?! Woman taking our order had a rude personality and said "whaddya want" at the drive through. After eating in the parking lot, we went back nose to refill our medium drink after spending 4 bucks and we were told no because we had already drunk out of it? Just go to the 7 11 next door or McDonald's next time.
35 dollars for 2-16 pieces nuggets and 3 value fries. Way too expensive for the bottom barrel of the food they serve. Do better B.

So this place seems to think they are in south central. Locks on all the doors for restrooms and when asked for key they look like “are you buying” well duh. Then drink machines broken homeless dealing around for change and they have to charge if you want condiments for your food. So it’s quite interesting how the management is dealing with this place. It’s how the management has made them run it that’s the problem. I’m just shocked from the “Have it your way “ mentality

My fiancé and went to this Burger King and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had it took the drive through lady 5 mins to welcome us and take our order every time we tried to order something she wasn’t paying attention or listening kept asking up to repeat our order then when we ordered a kids meal & whopper Jr meal she informed us the none of those items are ready for cooking, this place is absolutely unprepared for customers this was the second time that I’ve gone through this & was hoping it was a one time thing but no it’s reoccurring I wish anyone good luck on ordering from here and having good food or good experience
