Worst drive thru service. Came to the drive thru in 12/25/25. Nobody in the drive thru service. Waited approximately 3 minutes for some service and never received it. I decided to go to McDonald's across the street for prompt service even though there was a long line.

With the new remodel and grand opening you would think they got this shit together. Waited almost 30mins at the drive thru on a Friday night around 8pm wow. Even McDonald's faster then this place.

The inside is finally open, and we were super excited to check it out. It's beautiful inside. There are USB ports on the center table. It's just us two making three small orders. Fries, hash brown, and waffle stick. It's quite expensive. $14 after tax. Took about 10 minutes to get our orders. So far so good. Tell the last waffle stick, I saw a piece of hair, and another piece of black cloth in the bag. I was skeptical, so I took some pictures before we started eating it. Went back, zoomed in, and there it is, it's in there. I was going to say something to the worker, but I think it wouldn't make any changes.
If you want a cold soda go here that’s about all they can do right

Delivery person did not follow delivery instructions and just left my food outside took a picture was not my door and this business did not answer phone so I can get refund and their website sucks to make complaint cause its through computer
