My experience at this Carl’s Jr was great! The lady at the cash register Mani was very sweet and kind efficient, I didn’t feel any pressure at all when I was deciding what I wanted. The lobby was clean and everything organized, and she even was able to check on me while I was eating to make sure I needed anything.

It was one of the nicest interactions I've had there. I was already having a bad start for the day this morning. Decided to get myself a Breakfast Burger. The gal who took my order was super nice on the order and even more nicer when I pulled up. I got my order and asked for ketchup. Her response to that simple request legitimately made me happy and smile. It wasn't what she did. It was how she said it that made me feel better! I believe she was a manager. Very well dressed and super friendly! I hope I get her again if I have a bad day! Salúd to you, ma'am. Thank you for making me smile.
