Chili's SM Seaside Cebu The receptionist refused to takeour orders 2 crew members also refusedto take our orders they attended the customers who came after us Bad Service!
Fiancé and I went to Chili’s for lunch and I had a side salad with my meal. I almost finished my salad and looked down to see a giant bug in the bottom of my bowl. I wanted to throw up and went to the bathroom quickly to rinse my mouth out. After we had told the waitress who was so nice one of the managers came over to my fiancé while I was in the bathroom and said he would take off the salad and asked if I wanted another and he told him she probably won’t eat anything. So we got the rest of the food and completely boxed it up right away to leave. We just couldn’t believe they were still going to make us pay for our lunch when I was in the bathroom almost puking over this bug. Just expected more out of a business when something like this happens. We tipped the waitress very well she was so kind.
Went today for lunch and were very disappointed. We ordered the surf and turf with the ribeye steak ( medium rare ) this steak was so raw the plate was full of blood. It literally looked like they just seared it on each side and that's it. The asparagus was raw as well. We also got the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken and the chicken was pink in the middle. Was not busy at all so don't understand why the rush and send out raw food. Our server was very nice and understanding about the whole thing. We had went to the turlock location and it was so good we decided to go to the Merced one (we live here) and give it a second chance but nope, it was still bad. We would like to stay local but how can we if this is what we get? It's not cheap and to have to pay for something that wasn't good, I rather do the drive

Valerie is the BEST waitress I've ever had! She made our dining experience remarkable. Her personality lights up a room and I already look forward to eating at Chili's again because of her. The food was great, the atmosphere is very nice but the service was above and beyond because of Valerie. We will be back! I highly recommend sitting in her section for a first class experience.

Well let's start with our server Valerie she has to be the sweetest and the cutest little server I've ever had the pleasure to have had served me I was pretty new to Chili's so she recommended the three for me with the chicken sandwich it was absolutely delicious so much so I've been back three times for it again the place is just awesome it's clean it's bright it has a very fresh atmosphere I will definitely recommend Chili's in Merced

Me and my wife went in for a lunch date and get her birthday dessert at 3pm on a Tuesday. The place was so empty so we expected relitively quick service. The host was friendly but seemed a bit out of it. He opened the door for us and sat us in a booth in the bar section. There was literally 2 people at the bar with a beer and one cocktail, there was 1 person sitting alone at a booth, both parties were already served and taken care of. We give people the benefit of the doubt because we work in the service industry so we know how it is sometimes when you’re flustered. 5 minutes later, nobody still came to take our drink order. Okay fine, we’ll see if the bartender is busy when she gets back we thought. 10 minutes later, she’s still nowhere to be found. Finally 15 minutes later she comes and serves the 1 guest his food, okay she was busy I thought. But usually you should at the very least acknowledge the guests and let them know you will be right with them. Still being very patient we wait to ask for help when she gets back. Once she returns to the floor she fidgets a bit and then asks the 2 people at the bar if they want another drink. Keep in mind I’m staring the entire time making it obvious we need service. She’d glance our way, make eye contact for a second and ignore us still. Finally we’d seen her start fidgeting and what looked like looking for something to do. At that point we got up and walked to the host and asked to get seated in a different section because nobody has even acknowledged us since we sat down 15 minutes ago. Also we kept looking towards the host for help throughout this whole deal but he was at the front on his phone so he never once noticed we were ignored. Once we told him and he sat us in a different section then left to host stand at the front to be on his phone. and he didn’t tell the server he sat us in her section so we were passed over again for another 10 minutes. The host should’ve told the server when he sat us and offered to take our drink order himself. But our experience actually ended very well, our server in that section made all whole ordeal worth the wait. I wish I could remember her name but she was the only saving grace of this experience. Otherwise horrible experience. If that’s what it’s like when is slow I don’t want to know how it’s like when is busy.

My family and I celebrated a birthday dinner, and our server, Omar, truly made the evening memorable.
Omar demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine friendly demeanor throughout our meal. He was attentive to our needs without being intrusive, ensured that our orders were accurate and timely, and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. His positive attitude and efficiency significantly enhanced our dining experience.
It is not often that one encounters such exemplary service, and I believe that Omar's dedication reflects very well on your team and the standards of your restaurant. Please extend my gratitude to him for contributing to a wonderful celebration and for the excellent service he provided.

I ordered a ribeye steak, the pic below is the second one they brought me after I asked for a new one, the pic speaks for itself but how in the world do you cook a steak and it’s got a white crust? Asked for medium rare btw, and The inside was a super pale pink looked like a raw pork chop, the first one was way worse looking, never in my life have I seen a ribeye like this. Complete crap, got my refund ASAP how can you look at that call it a steak and serve it.

Always have great service, and the food is always amazing! The only issue is have is with their app. Whenever I try to order online, it never let's it go through. Hope they can fix that issue soon.

We visited here at 2 P.M. on a Thursday. It was somewhat slow, but the service was exceptional. We were quickly set up with our drinks, and minutes later, had our order taken. It felt like less than 10 minutes before we received our food.
We had the big smasher burger and the double oldtimer w/cheese. Both burgers were hot, juicy, and delicious. The fries were also hot and crisp. If you are looking for a hefty burger at a better price than fast food restaurants, Chili's is the place to go! Choose the 3 for me starting at $10.99 (as of 6/25).
Our server was polite and available. She also gave us a drink refill to go. We had a great experience while dining here. We were in and out in just over 30 minutes.
