Jeanne has always been an outstanding manager that has walked the floor to see how her customers are doing. She has always been a manager that has ass is everything to your liking and what kind of things can we improve on. But what we appreciate about her is she is always reached out to ask us our thoughts and helping to improve things. We live here locally and we’ve always appreciated her reaching out to us and we appreciate her support for the local community.
The first noticeable thing was the AC was so strong, it felt more like a walk-in fridge than a restaurant. I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar, but was told there was only half and half, but there was none of that either. I eventually had to wait for some milk while my coffee got cold. Bad customer service all the way around. The next time I visit from San jose, I'll have to skip this place.

placed order over phone, double checked with her before getting off. when i got order, 1 plate was missing called spoke to young gentleman that new what i was talking about right away,he wouldn’t let me talk. so i asked for manager and he didn’t help. i just gave up. educate your employees on customer service.

Please please check your bill!!second time it has happened to me at this location. I pointed to the 3 for 16.99 on the back of the menu and told her I wanted the lunch special…..yet they have consistently charged item per item so instead of 16.99 I was charged 26 dollars. Last time I should have checked before I left this time I didn’t make that mistake. Also service was terrible super slow and some patrons got priority over others

We took our daughter to a restaurant of her choice, she chose chilis. It was a horrible experience. We waited almost an hour for our meal. We had to send back my daughter’s meal because it was overcooked. Mine the ribs were overcooked, the corn and bread was soggy. We will never go back again.
We were extremely unhappy with the service we received from Ramon on Friday night when we took our son out to celebrate his 5th birthday. We sat down and it took a minimum of 15 mins before our server came to the table. When he finally came to our table for drinks we placed our whole order including queso dip, which always comes out within 5 mins of ordering. 15 mins after ordering he came to our table and asked how we were doing and we asked about the appetizer and he said “ooohhhh let me go check” with a look on his face as if he completely forgot it. He quickly came back and said it will be out in a minute as they are backed up in the kitchen(the restaurant wasn’t even half full). Our appetizer and food came out shortly after it was hot but most of the chips we received were broken. I understand it was a Friday night but they were not busy, he spent the majority of the time talking to his coworkers and stuffing silverware. The most upsetting part was we told the server it was our son’s birthday, they came out and sang to another table but never came to ours.

Our experience in this branch of chilis is superb…from managers to staffs they are amazing…i think the food here is the best among other chilis branch, food are prepared fresh. We had an incident with our order but they fixed right away and gave us an exceptional customer service. From now on this is our family’s favorite branch. To the manager and staffs i hope you continue to do your excellent service and may God bless you all. Our server Aliyah did an excellent job.

We had a party of 11. The service was good except I ordered a drink. He asked details. 15 minutes later, he asks if everything is OK. I said yes, except my drink still isn't here. He asked what it was..again. Lunch was almost over and I finally got my drink.

My husband & I went on a date night to Chili's in Merced, Ca because it was the only restaurant open at the late hr. We were seated at a booth w/crumbs all over so my husband moved to the other side w/chairs. As the employee who seated us was informing us of their members perks, I was actively wiping off crumbs from my booth. He'd seen what I was doing but didn't offer to assist. While looking over menu, I noticed our table was sticky. Our dinner arrived w/out his salad because they forgot it, we had to ask for the salad. Our drinks were never refilled & went empty before finishing our dinner. I was paying for our dinner at the table kiosk when it ask if there were any issues. I was only going to bring up the crumbs & sticky table when the server came over & asked if I answered yes to any issues w/the kiosk. She then had the audacity to ask me to skip the survey since it was going to effect her. Extremely unprofessional that the employees know that a customer will be leaving a negative review. I left survey unanswered & while we were getting ready to leave, an employee came & asked our server what was going on. She told him about my griviences, he then chuckled & told us to have a good night. It was unbelievable how poorly we were treated. NEVER again will we be dining at ant Chili's. Customer service no longer exists at Chili's.
Not alot to say about the town, Merced, but the Chili's is really quite wonderful! Kay makes it an even better experience and they make great food and it all comes out super quick. The manager is really nice to and appreciates his workers. Fun and inexpensive place to go with small gatherings. Really new restaurant which is very nice and AC works great too, when it is 103 outside. Clean restrooms too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is great and wheelchair accessible in the restaurant.
