Been here twice, bottomless chips are always stale salsa is bland… I ordered boneless buffalo wings they tasted like hard rocks… I won’t be back.Edit: management will reach out to you if the food or service you received wasn’t up to par.. I am revising my post and I appreciate the gesture

Last time we went service wasn't good. Server shouldn't stand in door way where we can see them. Picking at pimples and drinking fountain drinks while we're waiting for our drinks. Food is good though.

We finally came here for dinner tonight. My boyfriend had the classic sirloin steak dinner. I had the pick 2 fajitas steak and shrimp dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress and bartender were really friendly and caring. We will definitely be back.Parking: There is parking all around the chili's restaurant. There are plenty of parking spaces.

I thought I'd give Chili's a chance after several years of not going. I should have gone to Olive garden! Couldn't place my order because the waitress was busy busing tables and visiting with someone's child. After placing my drink order it took 10 minutes before she started to make it, then she asked the guy across from the bar if he need another beer and decided to get his drink before even finishing mine. There was something in the sugar, sugar is white and doesn't have brown flex in it but theirs did and she couldn't tell me what it was. The salsa is full of lime and very sour, I ordered queso dip as a side they brought out a large bowl to make it look like a lot but it had about an inch of queso dip in it and was very salty! The classic margarita is nasty and sour and sweet! The first margarita I ordered was way too sweet and had no alcohol! This wasn't my idea of happy hour! Definitely won't be going back. I left a tip because it seemed like she had multiple jobs to do besides being the bartender. However she lacks the focus because she's doing other jobs and therefore it made her a poor bartender! As well as, not a knock on her skills maybe it's just their products but my drinks tasted horrible! Also noticed their responses to their poor reviews are very generic! They all same to say the same they all seem auto generated with the exception of putting the name of the person who gave them a poor review! Personalize the experience Don't treat me like I'm generic!Kid-friendliness: My bartender visited with someone's kid before taking my order and there were lots of other kids dining in the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility right in front of the doors of the takeout side of the restaurant.

Great food. Great service. The ambience is wonderful and the staff are very pleasant. When you enter you will be seated right away. The food comes quickly and the waiters are fast. Great place.

It's about what one would expect for a casual dining restaurant. All of the food is salty, very high calorie and tends to be fried. The Santa Fe chicken salad was reasonably good, though also salty. Chicken strips and fries were chicken strips and fries. The restaurant had the Friday evening crowd, but the service was good and responsive. I can't see myself returning, but the experience is more or less what I imagined.Vegetarian options: Minimal vegetarian menu

My husband loves the sports bar vibe of this place so we often go here when he wants a good burger. Service is usually attentive, plates and food portions are reasonably generous. They have ribs and steaks, a couple of pasta dishes plus burgers and really good chicken strips. The chicken is moist and tender inside the crispy batter, which most places that offer them never manage to do. Their sauces, however, are sadly unappealing but if I know I want their chicken strips I can just bring my own. It's a great place if you like the atmosphere.

Typically I eat here maybe twice a week because I work across the street from this chilis. I've never had a problem with this location until today 2/12/2024. I chose the 3 for me deal and I chose a salad for my starter as I'm finishing up my salad I saw a hair in my salad. I immediately wanted to throw up the waitress came and offered another salad or a soup and I told her no I was good because at this point I was disgusted the manager didn't even come to apologize or offer me anything. A gentleman came out with more salad and I told him no because I was so disgusted at this point and he said well you guys should just take it because we're gonna throw it away anyway and I said I do not want a salad . very disappointed in this location only because I liked it so much and it was very convenient. I even spent my actual birthday here with my family and spent $96. You lost a loyal customer. This is 2nd time this chain restaurant messes up on me. In 2010 I got food poisoning from my chicken strips not being cooked properly. From the Los Banos CA location and now Merced CA location. Do better.

Just...fire all your cooks. Anybody can boil steaks, burn buns, dry out and over salt ribs. This place is terrible! Fat (and there was plenty!) wasn't even rendered in my steak. Just big, white gobs throughout the "cooked" meat. No bone, and steak about 1/4 thick. Try any, other place but this Chili's. Wow. Thought you guys were trained. Trust me--you don't want photos.

Been there 2 times since opening. Got a burger both times. First time burger was cooked extra well, burned on surface. Thought i would give them a second chance. Ordered burger again. This time the bun was actually burned black,Asked for another bun and they brought one out. The meat was also burned on surface and extra well on inside. Really how hard is it to do a patty without burning it. Will have to try something else if i ever go back.
