This chipotle takes the crown for the worse customer service in food service from all of merced , i Just went in here and the cashier and the manager id assume was the manager by the way she was yelling at people ,as soon as i walked in they where already making ugly faces at me i should have just walked out but i stayed just cause i was on lunch break and was in a hurry ,the cashier and the manager where making jokes and references abought corn really corn jokes at me the whole time i was in there and when i was leaving i asked for a spoon and they where like oh its over there by the corn,whats up with them that is very childish as soon as they said that all the employees started laughing ,i will no longer be coming to this location

I’ve been a regular customer at this Chipotle location for some time now, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service and consistent quality until recently. Since the new manager, Peyton, took over, the overall experience has noticeably declined.
One of the most disappointing changes was the departure of Christina, a former manager who truly set the standard for excellent customer service. Christina consistently ensured that guests were taken care of efficiently and respectfully. She created a welcoming environment, always supported her staff, and went the extra mile to uphold the quality and standards we came to expect from Chipotle.
Unfortunately, since her departure, there has been a significant shift in atmosphere and service. The current management seems disorganized and inattentive. Ordering now feels rushed, and the quality of the food often falls short whether it’s underportioned, poorly prepared, or not as fresh as it used to be.
It’s disheartening to see such a great team dynamic and customer experience deteriorate under new leadership. I hope upper management takes a closer look at how these recent changes are impacting both the staff and the customers. For the sake of this location’s reputation and the hardworking team that remains, I sincerely hope corrective action is taken starting with re-evaluating the current management.
Chipotle should be a place where both employees feel supported and customers feel valued. I hope to see this location return to those standards soon.

I had such a bad experience on 07/23 with the staff in particular. They were unwelcoming and had a bad attitude the entire time when I had done nothing wrong. They wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before trying to ask me “what else.” My portions were horrible and I had to pay extra to get the portions I had usually gotten before and I was just extremely dissatisfied with my experience today especially when I had done nothing to provoke this behavior towards me.

Chipotle is my drug of choice... I'm hooked! Absolute best food app there is as well. The app makes it fun to order, and super convenient. Good value for the money especially when u take advantage of the points on the app. I know Im not alone when I say I crave this stuff at least once a week. Paired with your own special sauce the burrito bowl will leave you full and satisfied every time. Thank you, Chipotle!

I have been a loyal customer every week for 5 years. Staff is very on top of their service. Anyone with bad complaints is the issue as I’ve seen myself customers act entitled. Nobody should be entitled to “give names” for safety reasons. Ghetto people in Merced act too crazy over food like it’s never been that serious. And complaining over prices, if you can’t afford it, save your money for the grocery store.

I just ate there and I didn't like it at all, the staff was in a hurry even though it was practically empty and there was no one in line behind me, seeing that I'm a foreigner they didn't help me at all, I had always ordered online and when I arrived I didn't see my favorite bowl so I asked if they could prepare it and they told me no, but in a very rude way, so I ordered each part of the salad separately. The food had always seemed excellent to me, but today the lettuce was soft and they gave me very little carnitas. I don't think I'll go back, at Pollo Loco it's cheaper and everything is fresher and the staff is much friendlier.
The people are nice The food was fresh and warm The place was full but that's because it was rush hour. Despite the rush hour, we still got our food relatively fast

The food was alright, but the staff is super rush to get everyone's order even when theirs only like 3 people getting their order. The lady with the very short hair is super rude and was yelling constantly. You dont need to have my bowl done in less than 1 minute.

These peeps are friendly and they make a killer burrito.
Food quality is great as usual wish they give me just a tad bit more meat maybe just another spoonful or two. Otherwise everything is well kept up from restrooms to outside seating area.
