Coffee is very good, but every time I go in the workers have bad energy and give a lot of attitude as if I am bothering them. Unacceptable in my opinion don’t know if I will go back.

This coffee shop had a relaxed, creative atmosphere the walls were covered in art made by customers, which gave the space a really personal, lived-in feel. You could tell it was a community-driven spot.

They also had a small coffee roasting machine on display, and it looked like they roast their own beans in-house, which is always a nice touch for freshness.

As for the coffee itself was okay, leaning towards the lighter side with fruity notes. Not my favorite profile personally, but if you’re into more delicate, acidic brews, you might enjoy it more.

The coffee is good. I'm on a road trip and just couldn't do the chain coffee again. I needed more flavor and this place delivered.

The vibe the baristas gave off was really odd though. Maybe I caught them on the wrong day but since we were just passing through on a road trip I'll never know.

I liked the art in there.

I was visiting from Iowa and needed a space to do some remote work. The coffee was great, the staff was awesome, and the overall environment felt great to work in! I had a little extra time and left a painting up as well. Definitely a must-visit when in Merced.

Very cute little coffee shop in the downtown area, conveniently located by the pub and movie theatre. It's got coffee beans, teas, coffee, and seating for groups. Coffee tastes good and is well priced. Definitely a great 3rd place for people looking to socialize. Also offers used coffee beans for gardeners ! What's not to love ?

My husband brought me a coffee from this coffee shop and I have to say it’s been one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while.

This Place Gives Me Superpowers
Whenever I need a serious pick-me-up, this coffee shop is my first stop. The coffee is so strong, it feels like I’ve unlocked superpowers—I can literally see sounds. The staff is always warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. And don’t get me started on the vegan options—especially the scones. Sometimes floral, sometimes berry-filled, sometimes sweet and spiced—they’re always a perfect surprise and absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for coffee that hits and plant-based treats that satisfy, this place is pure magic.

This place has coffee drinks that surpass Starbucks. Get the Blendito mocha flavor. The coffee taste is there, but not overwhelming. It won't disappoint. Go to Coffee Bandits.
