I have purchase ice cream from this location many times before but the last 2 times I've purchase ice cream that is no longer ice cream. This time i ordered 3 like it and 1 love it size. All 4 were like it size. Might as well go to baskin ribbons from now on.

best ice cream spot in Merced! I got the chocolate devotion today and I will definitely be returning back. Conveniently located right next to the movies so my kids alway love getting some coldstone after the movies.

Went for an ice cream today and it was very disappointing. My wife and I ordered two ice creams and they were nothing but a melting mess. The ice cream was soft and runny. The lobby tables were all dirty . I can only imagine how it looks in back. I told my wife this is the last time I come to this location, and she agreed.

Goldstone should invest in lids for their ice cream cups. Filled up my cup double full and left it open faced. Made a mess all over my car.
Have to go clean my car before I eat my over priced ice cream.

Very rude and refused us service and she didn’t feel like making a banana split because she was lazy and there was bananas. She explained to us she was only doing them early in the day and couldn’t give us a reason. 😡😡

It would be wise for the owner of this place to take notice of these reviews. Took my granddaughters for ice cream to celebrate the end of school year and I basically had the same experience as people 10+months ago. ONE napkin dispenser at the far end of the counter right in front of the only table for large group which means they have to get up and move if you want...a stiff paper towel from a dispenser like you would see in a bathroom. My ice cream was melting all over my cup, so in my hands before I even paid for my group of 4's ice creams. Walking past everyone to the far end of the establishments to make a mother with a baby in her arms move was not ideal. Two orders were wrong. The employees were nice enough but one didn't speak loud enough so getting info about and placing orders was difficult. The un-level tables is annoyance I can get over but not on top of everything else. These are EASY fixes that are not costly. Real napkins with a couple more dispensers. Train your employees to speak up and be courteous. Level your tables. OH! and use fresh marshmallows. They were dry and hard and made very bite a little disappointing. Strawberries were good and the waffle cone cup thingy tasted fresh.

Walked in there and wasn’t greeted at all.Horrible service and worst experience.Had 3 people working and nobody knew what they were doing asked 2 simple questions and literally got an um and they were still wrong.Got my order for pick up and they were spilling in the bag.When I got home there were no napkins or utensils.What was I supposed to do use my hands?Overall 1/10 but they all looked like new hires but should still have a smile on their face not in a rude mood at least fake it. The only one to blame for this is the owner that won’t even admit to one thing.He doesn’t care about any of his customers or customers service and clearly doesn’t care about his employees at all to even train them on simple knowledge.Instead just throwing them on the night shift like prey to the wolves.They need a better manager and be taught better it’s not that hard and this isn’t the first time and definitely not the last.

Ordered a cake get there to pick it up after waiting for 10 minutes in the line and get to the counter asked multiple times what the last 4 digits are to. I ask her as if it was so hard to say my phone number as I did not know what digits she was asking for of the order. Then she offered to fix the cake as if she was not very unpleasant to deal with. Her coworker was no help either the message on the cake was supposed to have his name on it just took it like that didn’t want her to take the cake back and do something to it as her attitude was plain RUDE as others have mentioned funny they do not have name tags on.
I swear every single time we come here the people working the counter always have such a horrid attitude. They also never have anything you ever want in stock, and this particular locations ice cream is always half melted even in the freezers. Im done trying at this location.

I went to this location around 8pm today and bought some items only to be restricted of using the restroom! This was very frustrating and inconsiderate especially since I am a customer and they don’t even close until 10pm yet they denied me entry regardless of me opening the door. The two ladies working seemed to have an attitude and really cared less about their customers satisfaction. This really ruined my night and I will not be returning to this store and will not recommend.
