DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE! Apparently I’m not the only one this has happened to but ordered a custom cake online, paid in full and they “couldn’t find my order” upon pick up. Hailey couldn’t have been more bothered by my husband going to pick up a cake we already purchased and was not helpful at all. Unless you want a birthday ruined I would go to Baskin Robbins!

Please train your new employees better before putting them on the line. Worst experience I ever had at a coldstone. My small ice cream was mostly melted and the cup wasn't filled all the way. Smoothie was also messy, and spilled over the top with no attention to it, and I was given the wrong size. I’d rather make the drive to a Baskin Robins.

Worse customer service ever! I ordered a cake for my sons birthday a week before I needed it when they told me they only needed 48 hours notice I told them what type of cake and what I needed it to say and they said they'd have it ready by today (7/29/23) at 12. We show up at 1 and they can't find it cuz they never made it. So they start yelling at me and talking over me like it's my fault like excuse me you don't need to yell at me and you don't need to make this my fault because I paid and ordered it a week ago! Then when they're processing my refund they didn't even give me the full refund to say I am never going back is an understatement zero stars

Icecream good. All the tables were dirty. We were the only people in there so I didn't see why the other workers couldn't clean. So we sat at a table where part of table was clean. After we sat down one of the workers started spaying window cleaner where we was sitting and some of the most got on my legs. When she saw my reaction she went outside.

I had a great experience with my first visit to this establishment it was my first visit so I expected the girls to be more motivated to tell me they didn't seem like they wanted to be there they followed all safe food safety protocols their bathroom was clean I highly recommend everybody has a bad day

4/16/2023, I ordered pre-packed ice cream ($19.00) and a hand packed pint of the German Chocolate ice cream pint. ($12.00) via DoorDash ($43.00 total) approximately 610 PM. DoorDash arrived 50 minutes later with neither items I ordered. DoorDash refunded $34.00. AVOID these inconsiderate unprofessional workers and poor faith business owner. There’s a legitimate reason many negative reviews about this business are posted. Save yourself from them.
The girl helping us was very nice, however she was the only one serving and there was a line to the door. We also got charged for an extra ice cream we didn't get, but didn't want to get back in line for a refund.
