12-15-25 Have been a loyal customer for decades. Always have enjoyed the food, cleanliness and service I have received at the Olive Ave store. We were going to go through the drive through, but decided to go inside. Dining room was empty but very clean. We chose our menu items and waited for out cashier. There were three of four visible staff at the window and the food line. Waited patiently for some one to take our order. After a bit eye contact was made and I was instructed to use the new order screens. I stated that no I'd like to place my orderperson to person. I was just off.work and do not like machines taking jobs of other people. I work extensive customer service and just wanted to order my food relax and enjoy my dinner. Then I was told that someone would take my order over there pointing to the counter. Fine. I knew I was asking for a bit of additional assistance and waited patiently. I was then greeted by the cashier/cook as she walked into my side of the counter up to one of the order screens saying she would help me there. I stated that wherever she wanted to use was fine. Then she pointed at the screen when I started reciting my order. I said that I didn't want to use that. I already have a job. She stated that it was her job to assist us that don't know how to use the system to use it and then told me to punch a button. I said that Im surely capable of using it , but I do not want to. I was not trying to be smug, but her smugness was undeniable. This is how we do it now. We were in an almost empty restaurant. Two men had just entered. We were standing in front of a cash register and there were no orders being prepared. Not like I was holding up the staff with crazy demands. -So? I asked we can't place an order in person any longer? -Not unless you use the screens. Was her response. -Well I guess I won't order then. That really sucks. She was already headed back to the kitchen then -Ok then. 30+ years of pleasant experiences ruined. I realize that this is changing times, but this seemed ridiculous to me. No consideration for circumstances not obvious. I have a cataract in one eye and had severe eye strain after a busy work day. Not a problem I would normally share. Just didn't want to use another screen with the headache that was pounding on. Maybe though some consideration for other people's requests could be incorporated into these strict policies. Regards.

Came by tonight 11/18 and ordered chili cheese fries with no chili and asked for all other toppings to be kept on….. so gooood!! The onion in the toppings…. Made it absolutely delicious! Thank you for my order. This is my new fave and will definitely be coming back!

$9.00 dollar box is awesome 👌 big cheeseburger, small crinkle fry, soft beef taco and bean and cheese burrito with a regular soda. Im still eating the cheeseburger 4 hours later and haven't even touched the burrito. (Breakfast)!

Since when do you fold your beam and cheese burrito closed at both ends? And out sour cream in them? This has happens the last 2 times I’ve been there. The cook is also adding sour cream on the tostadas?

So I visited yesterday (11th August 2025) at 20:45 and wished I never ordered. As I am waiting for my food I witnessed the staff member take the already cooked chips (fries) and put them back in the fryer and re-salt them and then proceeded to put them in a carton and gave them to me. Needless to say I was not happy to be served old stale fries double fried or fried however many times !
That’s just gross and I have never witnessed fast food ever be cooked and re-cooked and served. Disgusting!
Every time I go to this place I can’t ever go without checking the order . It’s always incomplete . Big orders of food to only get 2-3 packets of sauce. The service is a 1-10 . The only time is great there is when there supervisor is working with them . Smh

The Truth
Always get less lettuce and hardly get cheese in my taco's. Then the meat is like half of a taco's worth. But if you spread it like peanut butter on bread. It won't look like much meat at all...Because it's not a full taco worth,its like a baby taco for $4-$5 bucks. RIDICULOUS! But it does take good 🤭
