Order was completely wrong. Shrimp burrito came without rice, fries cold not fully cooked, charged for sour cream on the side that we didn't order. The store's answer: Come Back and we will fix it after I'm already home. Urgh!!!!!

I just came through the drive thru. I ordered 18 snack size soft tacos. They gave me 18 hard shell tacos at the window. I waved them back and told them I ordered all soft tacos.
Noemi comes to the window and says “I heard you- you ordered hard shell.” I said no I did not. I gave them the food back and asked them to make soft shells. She annoyed, took the tacos and said she would make them. She comes back and asked me to park up front so “she can help the people behind me.” I asked for her name. She said why? I said bc I am going to report this interaction bc I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I don’t like being talked to like poop and being told I said something I didn’t just bc they didn’t listen and made a mistake. I basically just wasted $30 bucks bc I’m sure they spit in my food. Noemi was SO rude, and kept repeating “I’m not the one who took your order.” Ok, well then why did you say “I heard you say crunchy?”
AWFUL experience. My husband comes here daily for his lunch at work. Never again.

I just had the WORST experience!!! Mind you, I come here all the time, but today was awful and makes me question myself if I'll ever come back. I'm guessing this lady was a manager, she spoke with a heavy Mexican accent, I have never dealt her before today but she was rolling her eyes and just all out rude then i get home and she didn't give me my burgers, so I had to drive all the way back and asked her to remake my fries since by now they're getting could and gross, she took my original bag and slammed it in the trash. She had the absolute worst attitude and made me feel like I did something wrong. Yeah, I don't want to return to Del Taco ever again!!!

I was very disappointed that the menu board in the Drive-Thru did not match what I was charged at the window. This is not the first time this has happened. I enjoy the food, but I want to know how much I'm spending. I told them I didn't want the food.

You would really think why in the hell would you were you a del Taco, but even the most commercial chain places need to have some feedback. This location is very consistent and along with being one of the fastest service locations they remain professional, healthy, and kind. They are really isn't any large difference from menu to menu but they continue to do things correctly with a smiling face behind it. The location is convenient next to a Walmart, but as you know that does bring the occasional homeless person but definitely not worse if you are closer to the downtown area. If good consistent fast food is what you're looking for then this is the stop when you're in Merced
