Every time I go to this place I can’t ever go without checking the order . It’s always incomplete . Big orders of food to only get 2-3 packets of sauce. The service is a 1-10 . The only time is great there is when there supervisor is working with them . Smh

The Truth
Always get less lettuce and hardly get cheese in my taco's. Then the meat is like half of a taco's worth. But if you spread it like peanut butter on bread. It won't look like much meat at all...Because it's not a full taco worth,its like a baby taco for $4-$5 bucks. RIDICULOUS! But it does take good 🤭

I've always noticed their food doesn't taste right. Stale buns, lettuce that tastes spoiled. Even the beef doesn't taste like beef. Today drew the line. Even the sprite I ordered didn't taste right. About 40 minutes after I ate there my stomach started aching pretty bad ( all night long i might add 😡). Will no longer eat here anymore. No stars if I could! ( edited )

Order was completely wrong. Shrimp burrito came without rice, fries cold not fully cooked, charged for sour cream on the side that we didn't order. The store's answer: Come Back and we will fix it after I'm already home. Urgh!!!!!
I just came through the drive thru. I ordered 18 snack size soft tacos. They gave me 18 hard shell tacos at the window. I waved them back and told them I ordered all soft tacos.
Noemi comes to the window and says “I heard you- you ordered hard shell.” I said no I did not. I gave them the food back and asked them to make soft shells. She annoyed, took the tacos and said she would make them. She comes back and asked me to park up front so “she can help the people behind me.” I asked for her name. She said why? I said bc I am going to report this interaction bc I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I don’t like being talked to like poop and being told I said something I didn’t just bc they didn’t listen and made a mistake. I basically just wasted $30 bucks bc I’m sure they spit in my food. Noemi was SO rude, and kept repeating “I’m not the one who took your order.” Ok, well then why did you say “I heard you say crunchy?”
AWFUL experience. My husband comes here daily for his lunch at work. Never again.
