I don't like how they make their frozen blended drinks
They just pour the syrup on top of the drinks everytime. Now your drink is either all red bull, all lemonade, all shake, or just regular flavor with no other flavors. Can't even taste any other flavors at all bc all the syrup just sits at the top or bottom and not mixed together at all.

The customer service here is AMAZING. It was a busy day, they forgot about my drinks and finished other peoples' drinks first. Ofc I was upset about it BUT their superb customer service made me feel a lot better! They apologized for the delay and offerred me a muffin top to make up for it! Next time I come, I'm leaving a bigger tip for the staff! They definitely deserve it! Not everyone is willing to go above and beyond for customers!
