We ordered birria tacos NOT tacos de birria. This is what we got... the tortilla was not cooked in the sauce nor toasted. We have had PLENTY of birria tacos around town and surrounding areas its what we like to do we go around tasting business birria tacos... so we know what they are supposed to look like. Yes we know the difference between quesabirria and birria FYI they are made the exact same except one has cheese the other does not so why was ours not made correctly?? On another note every single bite was nothing but fat, legit couldnt even finish the second taco because I gagged. Birria should be fall off the bone texture (tender)... it tasted like a white person googled a recipe (the wrong recipe) bought the cheapest fattiest meat and tried it out for the first time. Listen their tacos are the same soggy tortillas which is why they give you one extra one, they break into pieces and the meat is fatty I've tried their asada and yes the flavor was good delicious even but it was not worth going back I gave it two tries. We thought since the tortilla would be toasted this time around and the birria should be tender it would be good this time around wrong. A pro though if you don't mind fatty meat in every bite their flavors are on point, their salsas are delicious not spicy but delicious, oh and ask for light guacamole because they will drench your tacos in them to where you don't know where your first tacos begins and your last one finishes.
Great food and great service!

Birria plate is very good and comes with a lot of great food options would come again
Been here a couple if times, I like that they make the tortillas on site. Burritos are very large, was not able to finish it...lol
I went there today to get a chicken quesadilla and some nachos and the chicken on the quesadilla tasted like a OLD rotisserie chicken from Costco ? and with the nachos it had cheap cheese for sandwiches NOT EVEN REAL CHEESE!! I will not be going to this food truck again!
I have not try this yet. I hear a lot of my coworkers talking bout it. Nothing but good things service awesome food delicious and the atmosphere is just right. So I need to make my way to this spot asap. Am giving it 4 stars all around just cause of what I heard of it..

I’ve gone here about 3 times since they opened. Overall, it has been a great experience. My husband loves the burritos. It’s big and has everything in it! We tried the cabeza, Al pastor, asada tacos and we love the Al pastor the best! The homemade tortillas are big and they load the tacos with lots of meat! I was a bit hesitant at first because the tacos cost $2.99 each… but they are worth it! 2-3 tacos fills me up so the price is not bad! They give you 3 different, complimentary sauces as well!
