never had a problem with El Sope, always been my favorite and the food will always be my favorite but the customer service..? no. me and my boyfriend went to the one on MLK JR Way and we ordered EVERYTHING we had to get and we SHOWED HER THE CARD but she didn’t tell us until after that they don’t take card and we only had card. Not only that but she missed two whole different things but didn’t charge us for it, so i went back and asked for it and she was about to charge me for them. i understand having to charge me but you’re not even gonna offer anything after this very bad miscommunication? Then i went today to the El Sope on 15th, but before i went i had called and asked to place an order and I’ll pay in person. I get there and she tells me that they also don’t accept card. The truck on 15th has NEVER done this before, they’ve ALWAYS accepted card. Couldn’t have told me over the phone?? A majority of people pay with card over cash. Then I get home to eat and they didn’t even fill it up. Very good food, VERY bad customer service. I’ve never had a problem until now.

Good asada. Burritos bowls are definitely filling. Traditionally less lettuce than a place like Chipotle so if you like lettuce in bowls ask for extra lettuce cause it's mostly meat lol. Vampiros are GAS the chiptole sauce is on point and birria is hitting.

I would give it a 5 star but sometimes it takes almost 50 mins to get my food. But the food is delicious somtimes they do tend to forget to add the consume so always double check. The carne asada doesn’t have fatty hard pieces. But the salsas are spicy and that’s coming from a Latina who loves spice.

Ummm..... bottled "agua Frescas"so wierd 1 and 2 the "agua de fresa " seems like minute maid lemonade not even authentic ? ? don't get me started on horchata plus 5 dollars for a bottle that's the size of you hand about 12oz not for us .......wouldn't get drinks again
Sopes and tacos are delicious!!! I haven’t tried the rest of the menu yet. Great prices and fresh food.

They never answer the messages for the orders, they keep posting that they place their orders and they don't answer, very bad attention and when you go there they tell you that they have a wait of up to 45 meters when you don't see anyone around: what else do you want me to add to you? You should not be bothered by a call for attention. I am a grateful customer. You should be less proud since there are many customers in taquerias, but ungrateful people, don't say it. Value the comments so that you can improve your quality and your attention, and more humble advice would be You better not be the only one selling tacos in Merced ?because of the customers you have a sale! But you have no ethics arguing with a customer, it's in bad taste, but if you're offended, there's no way customers should say what we don't like and I didn't like it. It's not the first time I've tried to place an order. I follow you on Facebook and that's it. I had asked several times if I could place an order or if you had a certain food and never once did they answer me!!! You should only have told me what you told me today until today in fact!! And one because he works nearby, but with sellers like that, don't even talk!!

I’ve came here a few times, usually get the birria. Until yesterday I would say this place is pretty good. Came yesterday got asada fries and an asada burrito. Not even edible. So many weird fatty pieces you can’t take a single bite without having to spit something out. And a few long stringy weird pieces that hard hard bits in them. Hopefully you weren’t serving asada with bone in it yesterday. Contacted them via ig where they are active constantly and received no reply. Have to let people know to be careful, won’t be coming back here that was too gross, have some pride in what you serve your customers.
