I've come a few times and gotten Takeout, but the majority of the time I order through the official Jack in the Box™ app and pick my order up through the drive thru. Always, without fail, my food comes out hot and fresh, and the customer service is amazing. Always service with a smile, from the cashiers, to the managers on duty. Even after announcing picking up my order, I've gotten asked if I'd like to order anything else, and there's never an issue when I decline the offer. Then upon receiving my order, asked again if there's anything else they can get for me. Say, utensils or condiments. And again, no issues when I decline, and they wish me a good day/night. I love that they have Breakfast All Day, as I usually have a late breakfast as is, and not many places around here in Merced that offer quick breakfast bites. And if they do, they're either highly expensive, or only serve until 10:30 AM. I usually eat around 11:00 AM so this works perfectly for me. Highly recommend this place.

At 595 W.Olive St. Merced CA I met the best customer service manager ever. I have been in retail sales more than 38 years and I thought I've seen the best until I watched this young lady working. She must love her work because she makes all the customers feel special and the way she speaks to her staff is motivating and thoughtful. Extraordinary energy and fantastic service. I come here very frequently and they always wait to take your order at the box until the car pulls off in front of the window, is this a scam for their drive thru times? My time is also valuable above getting short drive times

I used the mobile order and arrived 2 minutes after I placed the order for my food. There were 6 cars in front of me. It took 45 minutes to get to the window, and the food I received was cold and stale. The time stamp was for 2:03am. I waited until 2:45 before I was able to get cold stale food. There's no place to call on the receipt as the sticker they use to close the bag covered the important store info, and trying to take it off takes the ink off the receipt. Never go if there's more than 3 cars in the drive-through late at night or especially when you have only 30 minutes for a lunch break. It looked like there was only 1 employee working. What is shelf life for standing food before it gets discarded? Worst experience to date.

Ordered a Jumo Jack meal. The Burger looks like it was sitting for 20 mins. Ordered it with no pickles , it came with pickles. Fries were burned and old . The worst Jack n Box in Merced. They suck !!!!!!!!!!!
