I've come a few times and gotten Takeout, but the majority of the time I order through the official Jack in the Box™ app and pick my order up through the drive thru. Always, without fail, my food comes out hot and fresh, and the customer service is amazing. Always service with a smile, from the cashiers, to the managers on duty. Even after announcing picking up my order, I've gotten asked if I'd like to order anything else, and there's never an issue when...

At 595 W.Olive St. Merced CA I met the best customer service manager ever. I have been in retail sales more than 38 years and I thought I've seen the best until I watched this young lady working. She must love her work because she makes all the customers feel special and the way she speaks to her staff is motivating and thoughtful. Extraordinary energy and fantastic service.
