Hate to down people but this jack in the box never gets it right! I've been here a handful of times and majority of the time the mess it up. I never go back or say anything when they do mess up. But today I go back for my money and they say come back in the morning. They completely messed up my order and I was the only car in line. Even made me pull to the front to wait I was ok with it I get home and the food was cold inside like if they didn't fry it all the way through.

After waiting 30 mins pick up crub side order issue has my order was messed up a hen To bring the complaint up to the manager. She was so coped out over her head from doing so much dope. She had an attitude and start arguing with me in the parking lot. Then then when I was waiting for the order of my food. The guy behind the counter was so busy talking to his one
of his friends took me 30 minutes to take the order to be picked up. Curbside should only pick about 10 minutes and the owner of manager who he is. Hopefully, there's something really going on there because he's driving a $50000 truck.Working at Jack in the box.There's something not right there

Horrible horrible horrible! Worst jack in the box ever, they need new workers! Took 40 minutes in DRIVE THRU!!! That is ridiculous!!! I ended up leaving and going to another jack in the box that I know I can trust.

Sorry but they are the slowest jack in the box I’ve ever been too the people working today at 1 were just talking and messing around fries and food weren’t done how I know because they kept laughing about it I waited for over 20 mins for my food, not only that but the girl working the window and register was grabbing food without gloves and serving fries without gloves that’s disgusting do better you guys just opened
