Extremely happy with my food tonight ! When I go during the day the service isn’t as good as I been getting from night crew ! The worker at the window was very understanding with my custom order and had the best patience with me got fresh food like I asked and got all the sauces I wanted got parked but only waited for 3 min the most ! Got the workers name before I left and his name was Sebastian I would like to thank him for great customer service !

Last night I went to Jack in the box after the Luke Bryan concert the Jack in the box was really packed but I wasn’t mad about the wait at all seeing that there was only 3 people working that night is a shame ! Overall I had another great experience there with the help of Sebastian he had GREAT customer service and made sure my big order of food was fresh! Wasn’t missing any items and I got all the sauces I asked for. This is my second time getting help from him he deserves to be noticed for his hard work !!

I had a bad experience personally I ordered through the app that I got there it charged my card and I didn't receive my food I talked to the lady up front and she said there's nothing she can do she had me order to the kiosk and the kiosks there was no receipt so I had to wait I made sure my food was ordered then she said yes after 15 minutes of waiting when I received my food I got the wrong order I talked to the man I told him I ordered the large smashburger not the small one he fixed it but I had to wait another 15 minutes for that food to be ready while my other food was getting cold
