My first time going to this Jamba Juice and the vibes are wonderful. There were only 2 employees working and they managed all customers with grace and kindness. Jeremiah and Yoselin were all smiles and very knowledgeable about the menu! Their service was excellent, will be returning!

I usually love coming to this Jamba on G Street — I always mobile order here and the customer service is usually great. But this time was a really disappointing experience. My order said it would be ready at 10:53, and I arrived at 10:52. When I got there, nobody was at the front counter, and there were no drinks in the pickup refrigerator. I waited several minutes while I could hear people laughing and talking in the back, but no one came out to help me until around 11:00. Only then did they start making my order. It felt frustrating and honestly disrespectful to just be standing there ignored when my order should have already been ready. I don’t want other customers to have that same experience, and I hope management addresses it with whoever was working at that time (I didn’t catch her name, but she was blonde). I’m giving four stars for the food because it still tasted okay, but it was watered down — which makes me think it was made earlier and left sitting out. Normally my drink is the perfect consistency, so that was disappointing too.

I prefer ordering with a person rather than on a touchscreen. Had no eye contact with the employees until my order was ready which aleays feels weird. However the smoothies were good, but they didn't have the matcha I wanted.

My 3 year old daughter was curious about this place so we came inside to order some juice for her. I want to say that the store is really nice, music had us vibing while we enjoyed our food. Friendly staff, order came out quickly. Got a strawberries wild and a warmed apple cinnamon pretzel for our first time trying Jamba Juice.

This is the Mega Mango from the new Jamba Juice in Merced! It comes with pineapple juice, orange juice, mangos, and strawberries! It was a nice drink, and you could really taste the mangos and strawberries! The service was great, and the workers made my drink super fast ☺️ The drink is a bit pricey though ?
