Jenny Nicole's Old School Bakery

We tried Jenny Nicole's Old School House Bakery today for lunch. I had a smash burgers that was outstanding. I got the Portuguese beans as my side and they came with "fire crackers" that were spicy and a great addition to the beans. My daughter got the linguica sandwiches that was one of the specials and they made an off-menu plain hot dog for the 7 year-old. We can't wait to come back and try their breakfast.

My husband has been wanting to take me here for a few months. He did some electrical work there and kept ranting and raving about how good everything looked and smelled. (This also means the back of house was nice and clean.) We finally had the chance this morning and it did not disappoint. Jenny was so thoughtful about every detail. We ordered a breva, oatmeal, breakfast burrito, 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy, and the new McFonzifer breakfast sandwich. Whatever the sauce was that came with the burrito was on point! Best breakfast sandwich for the price in Merced hands down. My kiddos loved their meals as well. One small business owner to another, we are proud of you for reaching for your dreams. This will be my coffee and pastry go-to from now on instead of Starbucks. We cannot wait to go back for lunch on a Friday and try the pork belly!

Great Breakfast Best Homemade Biscuits Ridiculously Good Gravy With Real Sausage Takes 2 Persons to Eat the Half order.. Had the Special of the Day 2 eggs 1/4 lb sausage patty and the 1/2 order of Biscuits and Gravy... Did I Mention that the Gravy is Homemade and Full of Flavor. This was My First visit. Definitely not my Last Great Atmosphere Friendly Owners You will not be Disappointed 😀

I ordered Carry-Out today. Jenny was pleasant while taking my order and handing me my goodies. The food was packaged very thoughtfully to ensure a safe trip home. I purchased a Tri tip sandwich and a Turkey sandwich. Both were delicious as usual! Support Local! ?
