“I placed an order online and waited at least 15 minutes before arriving to get my order (after it said it was ready). When I arrived, I was informed that they had none of my food ready. That it would be a 20 minute wait on the chicken because they started it as I walked in. So now I am forced to wait an astronomical amount of time for fast food or take chicken I don’t really want. I chose the latter. I’ll never be back.“
“Me and my family were traveling and stopped by this KFC in Merced and were greeted by the most Delightful smile, and customer service provided by Miss Clarissa. She was so sweet and welcoming to every customer and could not have a better job. Give this girl a raise!“
