Went through the drive thru. One portion of my order was a 2 piece chicken combo, they forgot the 2 pieces of chicken. That was around 13 bucks spent on a drink and coleslaw. Rest of the order, not great. Not the first time they have forgotten something in my order. Won't go back. Not even if it was free.

Jessica is rude. Dinning area sign says they close at 10pm. I was there at 7:50pm and at 8pm they tried locking the door and told us we needed to us the side door. That doesn’t work when ur parked in the handicap parking spot right in front of the door. Change ur sign if ur not going to be open to the public after 8pm. Disabled people shouldn’t have to ask u to unlock the door when dinning area says open till 10pm and it’s only 8pm.
Parking: If u want to be locked in the building then u park ur car.
Wheelchair accessibility: Don’t lock the front doors when it’s only 8pm and dinning open till 10pm per ur sign.

Horrible service, they were out of half their food, the drive through lady didn't even know what they had available. Very sad ?. They also took fifteen minutes to make our food, what happened to fast food restaurants? Also they forgot a drink and the food is cold. I'm not being a Karen it really is this bad.

I placed an order online and waited at least 15 minutes before arriving to get my order (after it said it was ready). When I arrived, I was informed that they had none of my food ready. That it would be a 20 minute wait on the chicken because they started it as I walked in. So now I am forced to wait an astronomical amount of time for fast food or take chicken I don’t really want. I chose the latter. I’ll never be back.

I'm actually used to something different from KFC. The chicken was just so meh, the sides from the combo were even more meh. Unfortunately we were completely disappointed.

Listening to the manager just absolutely scream at her employees is really completely unacceptable. To be proxy to what is verbal abuse just went on is insane.
Further, there system was down so I had to pay in cash which is fine. But then to not even total it correctly and then inappropriately apply sales tax to every item I ordered and not the entire transaction.
So I’m total I watched some kids abused by their manager and then over paid for some chicken.
Waited 30 minutes just to find out they gave my order to someone else and tried to play it off as if there was a wait time .. and then when asked for a refund and my receipt, they never gave me was told they couldn’t give me a receipt because I didn’t purchase anything as they were giving me cash back for my order … smh never going three again !!!!
