Came here specifically to try their tacos de suadero, as I’ve not been able to find a place that serves suadero in Fresno or Merced/Atwater. The meat was delicious, tender and juicy, the salsa was amazing, just a little bit spicy, which I enjoyed. Service was quick, and the food came out pretty quickly, and the food was reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back here ?
Hands down best taco truck in Merced. The staff is kind, and the food is absolutely amazing. I personally love the salsa on the tacos and the birria is SO good. I come here at least a couple time a week and it never disappoints.
Some of the best tacos we’ve had! Everything was cooked to order. The difference (secret sauce) is in their seasoning and salsa. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or living in Merced to try La Cruda.
