Very good customer service food is good and it’s very clean

It's not worth worth your money, the food quality is bad.

So bad they have so much attitude, I will recommend fire the girl with the glasses with red hair so disrespectful to us. Mugged this the whole time we were there and also their strawberries were so nasty like it was so disgusting.

Today i ordered 4 crepes and some of them only came with whip cream, nutella, strawberry’s, bananas, and the smallest piece of crepe ever. I cant even make it up when i say it’s a bite full of only those ingredients, nothing else. You could barely taste the crepe. It’s honestly embarrassing they already have bad reviews and they continue to do this. The fact that the worker who made them was aware that they were like that is crazy too, she was being impatient and didn’t want to listening to what we were trying to say. The fact that they charged almost 40$ is INSANE. I’m disappointed, hangry, and embarrassed for them. You guys need to work on your customer service and work on making the crepes the PROPER way. Just embarrassing and never again.

If I could i would give 0 stars. I was excited about trying the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries but ended up really disappointed. The chocolate they used was hard as a rock, not even tasted good, the “pistachio cream” tasted like mint and the strawberries where saggy and old… when I told the old lady they where bad and asked for a refund she said she can add more of the hard chocolate and after i said no thank you she kept insisting to add more chocolate and ended the sentence with “pues como quieras”. The hot cheeto dust was old too, and the limon chia agua fresca was really sour.
I am NEVER coming back.

I wasted $40 here today. Don’t make the same mistake I did, take your family somewhere else. Bad food today and even worse attitudes.

Amazing frozen treats in a clean family friendly atmosphere. This is the best ice cream in town- stop by here any time the temperatures hit 3 digits for refreshment. Ice pops, frozen bananas, hot cheetos con queso, if you are craving a summer treat, this is the place to be.

Great place to get ice cream and some other things. Their ice cream is so good. If you havent been here, definitely take some time to check it out!

There’s too many goodies to choose from ! You can also mix the flavors of the agua frescas so I did like& chia with the cucumber. I want to give a shoutout to Emily who was working before closing. She was very friendly and provided great service. Would recommend for folks to try !

Ordered slushy thinking it was made of real fruit and it wasn't. Fake not authentic Mexican treats.

The young lady was at the store at 11:05 she open the door at 11:10 with all the attitude like she don’t even wanna sell nothing , we just left …..

Hands down the best ice cream place in Merced!! They have over fifteen different ice cream flavors and offer different kinds of foods too such as aguas frescas, crepes, nachos etc…

Great place to come for helados. The agua fresca are delicious, and staff is friendly to people who don’t speak Spanish.

Oh, it reminds me of Mexico, with many of the products they have, Friendly people. Nice good Service. Do not rate food, because they are products, like desserts.
