I recently went to an event here. It was a Christmas Brunch with a DJ. The event said it was all ages. We had a great time. The DJ was great. I won a prize. I loved my drink. I got a pumpkin spice mocktail. That was nice that they had a mocktail drink menu. The food was tasty. I got the Bacon egg scramble. The portions were smaller than normal. Not sure if thats a change for the entire restaurant. We had a great time. I hope they do more events here in the future. The staff was really nice here. Very helpful!

I loved the brunch, huevos rancheros at Mainzer (with a side of their smokey bacon)! The service was Top Notch and the food was fresh and delicious, not to mention my eggs were cooked perfectly, which I can be a stickler about, over medium. Since I was taking myself out to brunch, these types of little gifts of life are especially important, taking the time to stop and smell the roses, enjoy a good meal, and have a wonderful ambiance. So thank you Mainzer for making myself care day have a great start!

The DJ was amazing. The servers were outstanding. The things that i think are a big hiccup is the prices on drinks and food selection and prices. I know Mainzer is trying to be different but keeping your menu simple and prices reasonable will bring people in. The way it is now, most look at the menu and decide to get a quick drink, then head out somewhere else.

Sunday November 9th 12 pm. Service was quite slow. Even though it wasn't busy inside, took almost 10 minutes for our server came to take our drink & food order. But at least our food came out quickly. I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries 🍟 Sandwich was great, fries were so over salted I couldn't eat them. My husband had the 🍔, it was good, he had the kettle chips, they were cold and some not cooked fully. Server never came back after delivering food, not even to ask to refill our drinks. I had to go to the bar to ask for our check after waiting for my least 10 - 15 minutes after we finished eating. I would probably try some other localoptions before going back.
We ordered a couple of flatbread, these came raw. Event worst, the African American waiter gave a extremely bad service, sounded rude, did not bring silverware or napkins, I had to stand and look for it, it was very rude bringing the check 10 mins after brought the food, did not make refills of the drinks. In overall the worst service in Merced.

We came in for happy hour and enjoyed some incredible cocktails at half price! Food looked delicious but we stuck to drinks and their garnishes—looking forward to having the food very soon though! Would (and will) absolutely return again!
