They seemed busy, but it was lunch time, staff were rude. People were not getting waited on. They wanted everyone to use the kiosk and got irritated when they didn't. We finally got our food after waiting 25 minutes and they forgot our drinks and icecream

I bought nuggets for my dinner ( as you would) it was missing 2 nuggets I thought “ that’s a little annoying” until I looked at the bottom MY NUGGET WAS HALF BITTEN AND IM ASSUMING THE OTHER 2 were completely EATEN!
Update: I decided to give them another chance, but when I open my bag, guess what happened, my nuggets were completely gone and they gave me a cheeseburger unbelievable

This is probably the best tasting mcdonalds here in merced. The ingredients feels fresher and the bun is not greasy or soggy feeling. The buns are actually plump. I love using the mobile app for my orders just because you can avoid the hassle of trying to decide what you want and avoid wasting other peoples time, plus there are great deals in the app. The food here are almost always hits, but the food that I noticed miss oftentimes than not is the nuggets. Sometimes I'll get it nice, hot and fresh but other times I noticed it tasting hard and stale like its been sitting out for awhile. My other critique is that when they give you the wrong order and you tell them about it, they ask for the food item back. It is a bit concerning as hopefully they don't reuse it. I understand that some people may abuse this advantage to get more food, but in my case it was a wrong order. I really do hope that they do not reuse the food back. Lastly, do not order water at mcds. it always tastes bad and has a weird after taste. But best mcds place in town! If you made it this far, take advantage of the mobile app for deals and free food ya'll!!!

Everytime without fail this McDonald’s parks even with a mobile order ahead 15 minutes and you order a large fry for almost 6 dollars and this is how they fill it. Should have saved money and got the medium, would have got more fries.

For fast food, pretty good and the service has always been good when I've been there. Chicken nuggets are the best, especially the spicy ones.
Once your card goes through at the window they don’t care about timeliness or service. It’s not their fault it’s the manager or owner. I live in Merced and every time I go to this McDonald’s drive-thru they send you to wait in the 10 waiting spots. I have got on board using their ap to order ahead, order at the speaker, wait in the spots etc and everytime it’s about 15 minutes. There have been 3 occasions where they asked me to wait in a certain numbered spot and it was unavailable due to others waiting and it had taken over 15 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous for fast food, but they said we weren’t out there because we were not parked in the occupied spot and instead were at another number. Anyway i have tried but from now on I will no longer be agreeing to pull forward from the window i will wait for my order at the window. The fact that that is going to be a shock is so odd lol.
Parking: Nightmare messy waste of time system that only serves to appear to keep the line down for more customers money. You’re a customer at the window, and a complete afterthought after you’ve paid.

I brought my kids to our usual McDonalds to hang out and enjoy a meal together. Everything was okay... Except for the McRib sandwich. It was disgusting. Nothing how I remember it as a kid. The meat is different too. Wrong texture. Now my stomach is chirning and I think I might throw up. I'm never getting the McRib again and I dont think anyone else should either. So gross.
