They made us wait for our food and gave us the burgers with no meat just cheese and the bread. You guys are lucky I didn’t go throw it at your face that’s pure disrespect and a waste of time and money. If you don’t want to work there don’t. You can’t be handling peoples food like that.

I go to this location almost every day before work and get the same exact thing every day. I always order through the app so I would think there would be no miscommunication about what I want for the past two months they haven't messed up my order until recently for three days in a row, they have completely and utterly made my order completely wrong. I get two sausage and cheese, McMuffins and two hashbrowns. Both of the mix value menu and nothing crazy. Today I got a sausage no cheese biscuit and a sausage with also no cheese On a Mc griddle. I don't understand how something so simple especially when it's two McMuffins and I get Two different pieces of bread with no cheese I don't like to complain, but this really messes up my morning

Was in line for a while for drive through at 2:30 am on my way to work never got helped clearly see people in there so I pulled up to the second window there were a few employees but never got their attention lady in a blue shirt looking like a manager was just on her phone. Honked twice to get her attention and they just went on to ignore us and I have a lifted truck so I can see the whole view in there and I would think they would of acknowledged me one guy literally came up to the window just turned back around didn’t care absolutely absurd they are getting paid to ignore customers at this point just close for the night

However customer service is horrible through the drive thru the larger lady with the tattoos that works in the drive though today 8/31/25 around 2 pm was incredibly rude today all becuase she couldn’t hear me then proceded to give the receipt at us in a super snobby way

We had a horrible confrontation with the workers at the McDonald's on Motel Drive in Merced. The manager Brianna, and the trash guy, Brian, that was handling food and trash at the same time. I'm waiting for corporate to call me back. Also None of them had name badges, none of them wore gloves, they were very rude, very short tempered. Arguing with their customers. And then talking to other employees. Calling us bad names. To the employees in front of customers . When asked to speak to The manager she would not even stand and take a complaint. Waves, me away with her hand walked away and wouldn't listen. She does not care about about the customers or that restaurant. Overly Shocked by both of their behavior! Especially hers bec she is Expected to be a professional.
