First time here. Was recommended by a friend who used to live in California. We were greated when we came in. Kam was great and recommended the McKinley since we were feeding 3 with preferences and food allergies. Pizza was amazing! Gave atmosphere a 4 because the staff was a rowdy bunch making noises and hollering. Didn't bother me but bothered some others. I got a laugh from it which I needed. Thank you for the great food and service! Very appreciated during a sad day after visiting the location my husband died at 13 years ago. If I'm ever in California again I'll stop by. Will visit the AZ location though.

Really bad they deliver cold pizza when we call they don’t pick up phone 😡😡😡😡😡😡
After our Halloween pizza, we're turned off this chain forever. It was soaked in grease, we had to use so much paper towels to make it edible, the box was falling apart on one end and it was all over our car seat. Terrible. The pizza did not sit well with anyone and was not really enjoyable. It was almost 50 bucks but wasn't even worth five bucks. Sorry but never again.

This was how I received my pizza from delivery. I called to let them know that it looked like someone took a slice out. And the manger was rude and backed up her driver. I've ordered delivery many times and I've never received a pizza that looked like this. Idk it looks like a piece is missing. But maybe that's just me. Don't think I'll be ordering delivery from here anymore.

I just wanted to show some perspective for the staff. If you walk in and are greeted with a frown would you want to be served there? I gave this place a three times chance and every time I go in there, from the same girl, I’m greeted with attitude and a frown. Not to mention as ur there the staff are fighting among each other! Yelling! Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Owner might want to reevaluate the staff and pecking order. Make some changes.

I've been waiting 20 minutes for them to put pizzas in the buffet... there is no pizza to eat, it's very unpleasant that they don't pay attention, we're like 6 people waiting and nothing to shame

My daughter who is 11 left her Fanny Pack at the seat of the dining table at Mountain Mike's Pizza 1348 W Olive Ave Merced Ca. My daughter pack includes dependent military ID and 2 schools ID, new purse and all her saved up money 183$ she saved up for her trip while we were visiting Mammoth Lakes. -We called the business right after 0430Pm on July 4th when we left, they told us they will look at the cameras, and they need to get hold of the business owner, because they can only review 15 min from before. We called the next day and the following day, and we could not get an answer. Spoke with two store managers and it has been 4 days and no answer provided about my daughter's pack we left at the business. We took a picture at the business for memory and we can see that my daughter had her Fannie pack at the Mountain Mike's Pizza, and when we went to our vehicle, we did not have it. We are hundred percent sure we left it at the business. We asked the store manager to look at the camera and provide us copy who took our pack, and no resolution yet,

I dont normally care for MM and have not been in a long time. I was invited to go a couple days ago and man has it changed. The service, very friendly and funny girls hosting us. They even shut the tv off for us when requested. The pizza was so good we all over ate then fought over who was taking the leftovers ?.
