We waited 2 hrs for a pizza when the waiting time was 1 hr than was lied too when I called they said the driver just left we live 10 mins away and it took them ½ hr and two phone calls which the frist call which rang 12 times and they never answered. The second time they answered said the driver left. Never ordered from Mountain Mike's on Yosemite Pwky by Rancho. Horrible service.

The ice machine did not work. They told us to leave the machine alone so it can make ice. The whole time we were there the ice maker did not produce. They should have gone next door to Rancho bought ten lb bag and provided it to the customers. Instead none of the parties there had ice. The younger chick there was not friendly. All other staff were nice.

Im sorry but for a $37 pizza this is kinda lacking i thought it would be abundant of toppings like the picture on the menu.
Ordered pizza & breadsticks for carryout got confirmation email. Arrived the hr later at my pickup time guy didn't see order & couldn't help me & manger was on lunch break. Showed him email & he verified everything on email was right but could not help me.

I spent $75 on two large pizzas and neither one was even made correctly. Two pizzas that didn’t have ANY SAUCE and barely any cheese. This is literally the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with this particular restaurant.

The costumer service was very rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell them that the Dr Pepper machine wasn’t working and almost all the arcade games took more money then said and would change how much it wanted one of the machines took 25 cents and then my daughter went back and then I took a dollar. Do not recommend.
