Called got told no orders on phone ordered a Custom pizza and it was missing 3 of the toppings I called and got hung on this was the worst service I’ve experienced I don’t ever write reviews but this has to be stopped that was my hard earned money for them to just mess up my order and give me attitude for them working not satisfied at all.

Just disappointed, I know it was busy but over half over late, which I didn’t mind but pizza was lukewarm at best. If you can’t handle the deliveries then tell people how long wait and pizza won’t be very warm. If I knew I would of picked it up myself.

The new item at mountain Mike's has michelada! Taste so good with a slice of combinations! Stephanie gave us great customer service!
Ordered a large specialty pizza by phone, however, they said that the Hilo was not in their system. They asked me to read off the ingredients to them so they could make it. Arrived to pickup the pizza and the manager/supervisor wouldn't allow me to use a coupon because it was a "custom" pizza and not a specialty.. I left and went to the Olive location and had no issues. I'll just keep going to the Olive location from now on.

Parking: There’s a huge parking lot with plenty of other store around.
