I was disappointed by the hygiene practices during my recent visit. The employee who rang us up took out the trash and put away mopping supplies, then returned to handling items in the kitchen without washing her hands. She was also scratching her head before continuing to touch surfaces and food-related items.
I understand everyone gets busy, but proper handwashing after handling trash and cleaning supplies is basic food safety. I hope management reinforces hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for customers.

Absolutely incredible! From the first bite to the last, everything about this pizza was perfect. The crust had the ideal balance of crispiness and softness, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted with that amazing stretch in every slice. The toppings were fresh, generous, and packed with taste.
You can truly tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into every order. The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. This is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly, highly recommended! 🍕✨

The pizza was absolutely amazing! The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese was fresh and melted just right, and the toppings were generous and full of flavor. Every bite was delicious. The service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh when it arrived. Sadly disappointed with our pizzas tonight. We usually get pizzas delivered with lots of toppings. Whoever made the pizzas tonight fell short. The toppings were about 4 inches from the edge of the crust. We paid $76 for poorly made pizzas and won't be ordering again

I've been to plenty of Mountain Mike location and this location is not what im used too. Went in for the lunch buffet, hardly any pizza out. The salad was empty, when the employee did refill the salad, they look like they been sitting out and started to turn brown. I skip the salad and got potatoes salad and the first bite almost made me puke. It spoiled and sour. I assume they were not kept at proper temperature. It will be my first and last time at this location.
Salad bar had a long hair in it when we came home- we don’t have long hair so it was not ours! There was barely any lettuce in the salad bar, bought we still bought it because our family member requested a salad. The owner Indian lady was VERY rude & grumpy. Had no smile or mind and warm customer service skills ugh! Too bad our family buys their pizza here because it’s a convenient close location & prefer this pizza over another kind.

Very disappointing experience. The pizza didn’t taste good, and I specifically asked for a thin crust, but it was much too thick. When I called to mention it, the staff member said, “Maybe the dough rose in the oven”, which honestly felt like an excuse. If you can’t consistently make a thin crust, it shouldn’t be offered on the menu.

I have come here twice and it’s very disappointing. They had a sign advertising $20 large pizza but charged me full price. It was a hassle to get a refund. Avoid if possible.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at your mountain mikes. Upon arrival, after placing my order via phone over 20 minutes prior, I picked up my order only to find the pizza and wings cold and had no sauce. Despite arriving on time, we were further delayed by 15 minutes because an employee prioritized another party of six order over ours, That was barely placing their order. No only did I have to wait the party was served before we got our pizza and wings.
This lack of attention and prioritization left us feeling neglected. The employees appeared indifferent to our situation and made no effort to resolve the issues. It seems the establishment could benefit from having a manager on site to provide guidance, as the current staff seemed disorganized and useless.
I visited between 8:30pm, and unfortunately, this experience resulted in a significant waste of my time and money. This speaks volumes of the managers that operate this establishment.
