My wife, our baby, and I have visited this place twice now, and we’re still not sure if they offer table service. We’ve noticed other customers having their orders brought to the table, while we’ve only experienced self-service. I don’t usually assume the worst about people, but this has happened to us twice. We won’t be coming back for a third time.

Very Rude server Alisa, she is so incompetent & not an asset to this kind of business - does not possess good customer service skills at all. We came from San Diego at 10:30pm, my husband ordered gin martini , but there was no olive. He asked if he can at least get one, she replied impatiently and said” No! we are about to close” when she saw we were not happy she yelled “ you guys can leave!”and she called the security on us. There was 5 of us - all registered nurses at Kaiser & UCSD and we dont even treat our homeless patients or jail patients like that. I would not hire someone with her attitude. We were going to order more but we left, very disappointed - nice place but bad customer service.

Lily is the greatest barista, makes amazing drinks and always great service.
The food was good but not great. We did show up just half an hour before closing though so they did run out of their home made chips (which sadly were a bit stale). But the experience was great between the server who was very kind and offered us different options.
